The food here is excellent, but the Customer service element needs attention. I called in an order on Christmas Eve at lunch time being that I was at work at a nearby location. The lady that took the order over the phone was rude and acted like I was bothering her. I sent a co-worker to go get the food and when he returned he stated that a lady there (hostess) had a bad attitude and immediately told him that its going to be a while but the cooks in the back had the order done already. The cooks told her that it was done when my co-worker stated the name of the order... My co-worker then said that she huffed and turned backed to him and smugly stated that he was lucky. This is not the first time I had a not so pleasant experience with the hostess there. Im writing this review for their management to address this matter. Like I said before the food is excellent but I might stop going there all together because of the lack of customer service skills that the greeting employees lack.

I personally have known the owners of this chain, three hard working guys who emigrated from Italy to New York decades ago, for almost 14 years. They are three of the hardest nicest working guys in the restaurant business. They only franchise to family or former employees to keep the food quality consistent. Good service, good food, good prices. Italian American family style restaurant. Food is made fresh, on site. They make (and sell) their own sauce, dough, and bread. Carry out or dine in. No delivery (but catering is available). 13 + locations in Maryland, including Ocean City.

this is the very first three brothers location in Maryland. not another three brothers also a great Italian grocery store using md products out of the sons of Italy in Baltimore. I grew up in this neighborhood. I am half Italian and they have been here for 30 years amazing place amazing food amazing local culture. live it breathe it enjoy it this is also a bar. if youre into that also great police coverage at this location. local cops if your worried about security.

I love to eat there with my boyfriend and friends. The food is great! Everytime I went to restaurant, I looked at amazing paintings on ceiling. When I went to bowie, I noticed the 3 same guys in 3 different paintings make me thinking they could be the brother owners and always want to know their stories until I read Dans comments and I got the answer. :-) Thank you, Dan.

Buyers beware.. order takers dont know to explain difference in pizzas if younorder a thickncrust round pizza i gotma thick crust square and crust seemed to be premade and.when i asked about my order all i got was excuses and i should have refused it and asked for refund.. my pizza was really bad compaired to standards of other places i have orded pizzas from..

This place is horrible and I live close to this one, but Ill take the ride to Riggs Rd to avoid this one...They have the worst shrimp fettuccine water down no taste...the garlic bread even has no taste....everyone just stands around and look...no wonder the food sucks...n this was my 2nd time here... was the same thing...by far was my last time

First time coming and maybe the last. The food was great but the customer service was no good. The order taker gave me the wrong salad , my sister or daughter drinks were not given when their meals was given. It seemed like staff became disoriented when a rush of people came in. Very unsure if I will come back to this specific location.

I love this place! My family and I have been coming here for years. Everyone is so friendly..... This is my Cheers! Family dinner, after basketball games, girls night out or just to get out this is the place. Food is good and drinks are GREAT. Saba is my number bartender drink ready before I take my seat. Stop by you will enjoy!!!

Only 3 stars tonight due to: Arrived here at 10:10 (Kenilworth location) and they are closed!!! Everything online says their open until 11:00!!!! Very upset, had my heart was set on their delicious spaghetti!!! Aaargh!! Well Ill be going to the Greenbelt one tomorrow! They are a 5 location!!!

Was jonesin for a tomato and mozzarella salad. It wasnt a menu option, but when I explained what I wanted, it was made custom for me. Staff was fantastic, options were given even after they served it. Nice atmosphere and great service.

Another great 3 bros! The food is good here and you can sit down and dine or carry out. I wish it was a bit cleaner, but I never have any issues with my food. Food is better here than in the Waldorf location.

The food is great but the store in bladensburg md dont have chocolate ice I know 1 of the ladies that work here I told her they dont have chocolate iced she said yes they did my dad like the chocolate ice
