As a 24-year old, this is my first time ever writing a review, but this just feels necessary. As someone who works in pizza, I understand the difficulty of late night delivery on a weekday when it gets busy unexpectedly, which is why I waited patiently for more than an hour and a half for my food. They even gave me a courtesy call at 2:42am (ordered at 1:39am) asking if I would wait an extra 10-15 minutes because they were a bit backed up, which I said was fine. I called the store at 3:17am simply for an update and to make sure the pizza, which had not left the store yet, was either remade after the original order or was made recently so I wouldnt have a hard, cool pizza upon arrival. I wasnt aggressive, nor was I accusatory-- I just wanted to ask. Heres how the conversation went: *Ring* Employee: Sir, your food will be there any minute, were doing the best we can. We got like 20 deliveries late and are trying our best. Me: Oh, okay. I just wanted to make sure its not the same pizza you might have made earl... E: ...You want me to remake it? You think I should just remake every order for that? I can assure you your order was made in a timely fashion. Not a whole lot I can do. Me: I understand that. I just wanted to call and make sure it hasnt been sitting there since I ord... E: You want me to just cancel your order? Is that what you want me to do? I really dont know what you expect from me. Me: ...If you can do that, that would be great. E: Ok. *Slams phone* As long as my card isnt charged, I really dont want anything in return from this store. I just feel bad for the owner/GM because if this is the tone employees take with customers, I dont know how they expect to stay in business. Or maybe I shouldnt feel bad if this is the quality of candidate they allow to work in his or her store. Its a stressful job-- I know firsthand-- but that behavior from what was presumably a manager

Its broad daylight outside. If i ask you to come to the door to give me my food because i have my kids in the house you shouldnt have a problem with that. Whats the point of having delivery if youre afraid to come to the door ? Then on top of that you send your driver out with no change and call and get smart over the phone. HORRIBLE customer service i will never ever order from this place ever again !!!

I placed an order with this establishment at 8:11pm this evening, our food did not arrive until 10:00pm. After waiting for 2 hours we was still made to pay and our food was cold. When we called them back for like the 10th time to speak to a manager they claimed the manager was not available and only wanted to offer a $6 or $7 discount for food that cost $23. Im never ordering from New Raven Pizza again.

Terrible. I ordered food with a six pack of sprite. They had no sprite and instead of calling and asking what i wanted just sent Mountain Dew instead. I called and called and was told 4 times the driver was ten minutes away. I never received my Soda. and the driver finally said they never gave it to him. After two hours of this they stopped answering my calls. Thievery if ive never seen it.
