I went to your restaurant tonight with my family and another family who we are friends with. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. Our food came out and was delivered by an angry individual. He mumbled out our food orders and starting just laying the food down on the table and then turned to walk away as we were telling him the food he was laying down wasnt our order. My friends son had already touched his slice f pizza thinking it was his. This person gave us an attitude because he had the wrong order and and walked away as we were telling him what we had ordered. When my friends husband went up to the window, he heard them say," well, thats what they paid for, so thats what they are going to get." I didnt know you could have people so rude working in the service industry. The food belonged to a table that was sitting outside and they were to lazy to go and even see where the table was, we had to tell them. When we finally got our food, it was horrible. The pizza was over cooked/burnt and the meatball subs were the cheapest subs I have ever seen. There were only two whole meatballs for the whole sub and just enough sauce to cover them. I left there feeling ripped off and still hungry. After this experience, I definitely would not recommend stephanos to anybody.

DONT COME HERE!!!! Seriously, Id give them negative stars if I could. The food is gross; I could get better at a public school or prison. The servers must have been dropped on their heads as children because theyre brain dead. It took us an hour to get all of our order because they kept bringing our food to the wrong people. Two people from our party went up to ask where our food was, they made the order like four times and brought it to other tables or it was wrong. I went up forty minutes into our wait and the cook yelled at servers for the delay. Another member of my party went up an hour in and asked for a manage, who isnt much better than the wait staff, and got nothing done. The manager then went and talked to the kitchen staff but didnt come out after when we asked to see them at our table. He actually hid in the back LIKE A WOOS. They refused to refund the money for the food not delivered. Dominos gives you a refund if theyre thirty minutes late, you think they would at an hour? By the way, youd get better service and food there. Eventually WE had to get the food from the kitchen before they delivered it to the wrong table, AGAIN! Oh, and they didnt understand why we were mad, and were very rude because someone wasnt happy with them. Worst dining experience of my life.

Overall I would give our experience a zero if I could solely because of the service we received. 6 of us showed up to a fairly empty restaurant and ordered 2 sandwiches, soup, a kid slice of cheese, and a specialty pizza. After 5 minutes of sitting, a large group came in and ordered food. At 30 minutes of sitting, the large group started receiving their food which included many cheese and pepperoni pizzas. Then our meal started to trickle in, first sandwiches, then the kid slice of pizza... and still waiting on the specialty, I walked up to the window to ask about it. I was told, and I truly am quoting the woman behind the window, "if you had ordered a simple pizza, you would have simply received it faster". Not acceptable. Its on your menu. Im not snooty with my food. Im allergic to tomato and found a pizza place that offered other options than traditional tomato sauce. Plain and simple, this place decided to make the "simple" orders first and not go in order of tickets placed. Although the pizza ended up tasting very good, I will NEVER go here again or recommend it to anyone. Customer service was appalling, nonexistent, and quite frankly should receive negative ratings.

I didnt even want to give 1 star because. IT WAS HORRIBLE!!! My friends and I went their for lunch and I paid $9.00 for a steak sub that was small and it was made with Steak-umm meat. It was truly nasty and dry. My friend got a slice of pizza and it was not good at all. It looked like frozen pizza we can buy at the supermarket. All I mean All the soda was "out of order" however we paid for soda they didnt tell us that their was no soda. The place was dirty, Their where wires handing out of the wall all the clocks on the wall didnt work. The girl up front was really slow. The waitress wore black shirt and black pants and had her purple bra straps hanging off her shoulders and we could see them. The didnt get another friend of mines sub correct. We were so disappointed that she told her never mind and just pick off the unwanted items. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER go here again and it was the most terrible place I have ever went. If you are new to the area or vacationing. DO NOT EAT THERE!!!

Do not go here! We waited over an hour for a pizza and it wasnt even busy. Then when we got our pizza, the crust was still frozen. Its not even real pizza dough. Its frozen out of the box garbage and they charge an arm and a leg for it. Definitely not worth what I paid. They make you pay first before getting your food. My guess is because they know their food is disgusting and they know they already have your money so if you complain its too bad so sad. My kids wouldnt even eat the pizza and that says alot. What child doesnt like pizza?! The place is dirty. There was no ice for the beverages, but the cashier didnt tell me this. When I asked a gentleman about ice, he got an attitude with me. Really? I know theres not alot of places in the Colonial Williamsburg area to dine at but please skip this place and get back on 199 and go to Wendys or McDonalds instead. The icing on the cake was when I saw a cockroach when I pulled my chair out to sit down. I will never go here ever again.

Food tasted fine. Prices were eh ok... but service is horrible. People are not friendly they walk right past you. Hardly acknowledge your presence. We saw a mgr walk by us while we were waiting for our order to be taken and he didnt even speak. We finally had our order taken and received our food which was hit and tasty. We saw other almost patrons walk in only to be ignored by rude staff. No one smiles in this place. A smiles goes a long way in customer service especially in a food service business. I do not recommend this place to eat due to bad service.

Very rude employees food was horrible it was a half hour to order and an hour to make 3 subs and fries. It was the worst restaurant experience that I ever experienced. Mcdonalds is more organized and have better food. I called the # on my receipt and asked to talk to a manager and he was to busy I was asked to leave my phone #, I told the girl I am in the restaurant she told me i had to leave my phone #. The person who brought my food told me the manager was going to come out and talk to me but he never did.
