Pizza Hotline was my favorite for years but is BAD on so many levels now. Delivery took 1:15 minutes and was ice cold on arrival. Thinking they may care about their business, I called to make them aware and was told that "Everybody knows delivery take 1:15-1:30 on Fridays". Well, it doesnt take half that time for the other pizza places in town and I dont need to heat my food once I get it. Very disappointed in the food but mostly disappointed in the service and lack of interest for an unhappy customer. Really bad business and food quality. Pizza Hotline is no longer worth the time or money. #NoLongerOnlyGameInTown. #GoodLuckPizzaHotline

Excellent food! Handmade crust, pizza sauce and fresh toppings really make this pie stand out from the big chain stores. Subs, salads, pasta, wings and more keep me coming back. Not to mention the owners of Pizza Hotline really give back to the community in so many ways. I hope to be able to continue to be a customer for many years to come.

After ordering pizza from their other location I knew this place would be just as good. really great pizza here too, this time I tried their taco pizza. BAM! its good, definitely getting again. of course they also do your standard pizzas well too :)

The service at the Charlotte hall location was horrible, rude kids and adults talking about co workers loudly behind their backs, that being said it is a little pricy for what you get but the good was decent. Only reason Ill ever go back is the pizza

I LOVE this place, both in LaPlata and Charlotte Hall. DELICIOUS! Had their lasagna, salad etc delivered to my reception dinner. Everyone raved about the lasagna. Recommend subs, pizza calzones. Recommend to family and friends

Great pizza. they need a person in the back just working the phones, cause it can be a jumble when you walk in there. the food is off the hook, so i forgive this constant, but minor trespass.

Took over an hour to deliver a salad and a cold pizza tinier than my 7 inch plate and Im only a few miles away. Pretty disappointed for how much I paid.
