I enjoyed them until today. They are very unprofessional when it comes to the delivery now I guess. I order from them almost everyday and a delivery guy cant have the respect to get out his car and hand me my pizza, and wants me to walk up to his car, when Im paying him! My neighborhood is fine and has no issues, and like I stated before, I get food from them almost EVERY DAY, so youd think hed be aware. Or Big Boyz Pizza itself would make him aware that Im a regular. I work in the food business, and once I called Big Boyz to complain, they did not handle the situation a way a great business should. Now theyre losing out on a good customer they had.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! 7/23/17 Tried ordering food from them. Guy was very, very rude. I asked a simple question: how much is 2 extra large pizzas. He raised his voice and said " yo playing games ". When asked who was he referring to he laughed and then hung up. Very rude. I called back to speak to manager, and he was rude as well. My family used to buy food from them, because they were the closest to us. NO MORE!!! The manager was rude as well. WASTE OF MONEY, TIME AND OXYGEN TALKING TO THEM.

My experience was terrible they have horrible customer service. I have order multiple different items from big boyz pizza and every thing was nasty af!. If I could give them a negative star I would. I even ordered a salad just to see if it was just me being picky. My salad was nasty. I got a grilled shrimp salad and the was the shrimp that come in noodles and cold. Nothing was cut up it was real thrown together. Smh its just terrible nobody should eat there. The food is not worth the money.

I am disabled and the driver would not deliver my food to my house. In exchange for getting my food I had to never order from them again. If youre to much of a coward to deliver food at a residence then why deliver? This experience did me a favor. I will never order from this establishment again.

The manager Rassa (or something like that) is dishonest, rude, & arrogant. After messing up my order & promising to fix it, he didnt then passed the phone to his employee so he could then hang up on me. Bad business !! Lost me forever!!
