went to pizza palace late night (at 11PM) to pick a pizza palace special along with a cheese pizza. I think the pizzas were created in a hurry or may be it was their regular preparation technique with staled stuff because when we had the pizza, almost EVERY SLICE HAD GRANULAR STONES and DUST which spoiled our mouth, stomach and dinner in a big way and we had to eventually throw the pizzas. Next morning we called the pizza palace people to report them the problem asking for a refund / new pizza, the guy on the phone asked me to hang on for a minute and probably went to the kitchen to scold the staff. I heard him saying to the girl "how many times have I told you to clean the area". He came back and told me that Im lying and even if I was not, he cannot do anything and he hung the phone on my face which was really HUMILIATING and something new to me. PATHETIC staff and POOR PREPARATION. Try at your own risk.

Only went there because they was trucks delivering on the parking lot with Antonellis was although the lady who waited on me said that the subs were good I ordered a cheese steak sub since they advertise overstuffed well yes although the bread was good what is over stuff with lettuce tomatoes mayonnaise and onions as far as the meat is concerned what they do is they lined the full of the bread with the meat trying to hide the fact that they give you a lot of meat which did not like all the meet went to the middle of the sub I did get mozzarella sticks they were pretty good but as far as overstuffed Subs unless you like your bread that have lettuce tomatoes mayonnaise and onions then order it but I like to have some meat on my sub

I just ordered a small pizza and was deeply disappointed. the whole pizza was nasty and the size of it was no bigger than a Frisbee. The sad part about is that I ordered a pizza from Roma Café (DELICIOUS) just the other day and could not remember where I had gotten from, so I ended up ordering from Pizza Palace thinking it was the place.

Only good thing about this place is that is open late, but I shouldve saved nutty money and went to bed hungry. When I went to pick up my order, the place smelled like flatulence and the pizza itself had no flavor. It tasted like plastic. The wind selection is also very limited and a cheap brand

Ordered delivery from them, waited almost 2 hours only to find out they were closed. Called back the next day and was told they stop delivering after a certain point. Wouldve been nice to know WHILE IM ORDERING. No courtesy call or anything letting me know they couldnt make it.

Ordered a cheesesteak and fries. Most disgusting meal ever. The fries were horrible, werent even cooked all the way through. The cheesesteak had no seasoning and my soda was watered down. One star is actually being polite. Dont waste your money here!

I just ordered pizza from this so called pizza place and the pizza is the most disgusting I have ever had its like they served me pizza thats been sitting out for hours, I would not recommend for you to even serve it to your dogs.

Pleasantly surprised with Pizza Palace. Used to frequent Seasons, but Pizza Palace is my new go too. Pizza hase great flavor and wings were excelent. Not sloppy and greasy like a lot of pies I have bought around here.

Pizza was terrible I ordered and waited over an hour I wish you could post a pic on here so you can see how bad my pizza looks Im super happy I didnt tip the driver absolutely disgusting
