This location just cant get it right. Ive been a few times, each was a disappointment. The drive-thru cannot get orders right and I got stuck in line for 25 minutes after they had to cook someones order up, instead of just telling them to pull to the front they made everyone wait, getting us all stuck in line with no way to back out. If you go inside you can actually see what your getting, and most of the time it doesnt look good. They do not mix up the food when fresh food is added so if you dont get it fresh, your getting it burnt, charred, and cold as they scrape it out of the bottom of the bowl. I even once saw an employee tell the chef to cook her a few orders so that she could have them fresh for her lunch break, which shows that even the employees know they leave their food out to the point that its not edible. The managers are never present and the staff acts like theyre at their own buffet, eating the food right in front of you even when they are not on break. Your best bet would be to go to the one in the Union at LSU because this one is very poorly managed.

This hotel has the potential to nice but with the lack of mantience, poor management, and a TERRIBLE housekeeping department, it is not a place I would ever stay again. You can see the lack of upkeep in the hotel rooms. The carpet needs cleaning, there are stains on the chairs, and stains on the walls. The paint was chipping. There was dirt buildup in corners and along baseboards. IF the telephones work, they were old and missing parts. There was mold on my ice bucket!! The tray where they put cups, soap and facial tssue in the bathroom, was obviously not an area of detail during cleaning. I had to stay for 3 nights, and everyday when housekeeping would come, they only made the beds, took the trash, and left clean towels. They did not wipe the counters in bathroom, did not sweep, mop or vacuum the floors!! And from the condition of the rooms, it doesnt seem like they do much more after someone checkouts. AND, the staff lacks any courteous customer service!! Also, the parking garage a really long walk.

Good food. Staff can be a little slow sometimes, but they are nice. The womens toilet seat was broken, or not properly installed. It pinched my undercarriage and then slid to the side, leaving me perched on cold porcelain. I think their stores use a non-rinse floor-cleaning solution that makes the tile floors VERY slippery. Its like walking on an ice rink. I have to hold on to the walls to keep my balance and gliiiiiide. When I stood at the bathroom sink to wash my hands, me feet slooooowly slid in opposite directions. It was ridiculous.

The people were very friendly and the place looked great, but Ive never had Chinese food I didnt like until today. The noodles were thin and dry, the orange chicken was passable (they dont offer sesame chicken at all), and the egg roll was disgusting and burnt. Great Wall Buffet is right across the street so go there! This was an especially disappointing meal because the Panda Express near my house is fantastic!!!

I go here about twice a month to grab a quick meal for the family. Food is not too expensive, mostly the same from visit to visit, and decent selection. Just make sure you get them to give u fresh stuff. Sometimes they try to squeeze and give u the bottom of the pan. I always get fresh stuff when I go.

Food good , friendly staff. However if u go after 8 . You almost always have to wait . They wait till the meat is completely gone before they cook more since its late per bob at college dr . Which causes long waits . They are nice kids , but need better management in evening. I wont be back

While the service is generally incredibly pleasant, my order is only right about 2 out of 3 times. Also, why in the the name of all that is good in the world, do they not have plum sauce? I have never been to a Panda Express that didnt grace me with those precious purple packets.

I been to Panda Express once and thats all I needed to know. Any Chinese takeout place has better food and you get more of it for less $. Panda Express is for idiots who believe the hype, so if youre one of those, by all means go right ahead.

Small portions . big prices. Ordered two bowls online and got there 20 mins later at my pickup time and order still wasnt ready. Waited 5 minutes before i was even acknowledged. Very dissatisfied

This place was always full of people. Long wait sometimes. Each time i went there to get Teriyaki chicken, they were out. The machine was broken is what i was told. Noodles were hard also.
