We found the Hong Kong Buffet had a pleasant atmosphere, nice seafood selection and a good value. The dinner buffet, that we enjoyed around 7:00 p.m. on June 1, 2011, cost us $8 each and included a pot of hot tea. My husband and I really liked the fried frog legs. I found the crab ragoons to be the best Ive eaten in 5 years: crispy with a flavorful filling. My picky son enjoyed the fresh strawberries, lemons and chicken wings. The samples I had of the egg drop soup and chicken with mushroom had nice texture, but were both bland. The chicken and brocoli was a bit better. The best in my mind was the cheesy crab. My husband also praised the coconut shrimp, peppered shrimp, fried shrimp, stuffed scallops and General Tsos chicken. My family of four was happy with the 6 different types of ice cream available along with a selection of mini cakes and other pastries for desert. We plan to return.

Not huge selections of food but what they have is good and fresh. They keep food well stocked and attentive if someone is waiting for a specific item that just ran out. Loved the cucumber salad, fried fish that is perfectly breaded and not overly seasoned. Good potstickers that are oddly shaped more like shu mais. Chicken wings have tangy crunch and juicy inside. Nice fresh cut fruit offerings to finish off the meal. I had the strawberries and watermelon wedges, dynomite... Was trying to eat light so did not try the stir frys stuffs or the ice creams. Staff is efficient but not hovering. Clean well lit dining area. And yes, very reasonable lunch buffet price. Dinner is little more with more choices from what the other reviewers had wrote. Will do dinner later this week but would have to skip lunch.

My boyfriend and I came here at 4pm, on Monday, August 2015. I wasnt so hungry as we had some snacks on the road trip. But the review here was good, and $20.10( include tax) for 2 people was cheap, and as I stepped into the restaurant, it was clean, no bad smell at all, with some Classic Chinese decoration. The atmosphere was comfortable, and the staff was ok. For the food, I had almost everything, and all very tasty and fresh. Satisfied with ice cream choices, they have 12 different flavors! Definitely recommend here! If we have chance, Id come back again.

I love going there to eat. The food is fresh and flavorful and they are very attentive if their is an item running low. I ordered delivery from their online website for the first time and they did an AWESOME job! All of the food was steamy hot, the portions were generous and they had all of it at my front door faster than any pizza place. Everything was correct. I even had special requests for each food item. They did not disappoint. I will definitely be ordering in again! I love that they have a large selection of ice cream too.

Me and my family enjoyed lots of meals there, also they have great seafood and also lots of other Chinese foods (Tasty!). The employees are also fast and alert which makes the buffet a nice place. The prices are at reasonable prices and all the employees are very kind.I also like the TV which my kids love to watch. It was my favorite buffet ever, so keep it up guys!

This is the best Chinese buffet in Muscatine in my opinion. There are many to choose from but the food here is usually fresh no matter the time of day and they offer different dishes at times so there is some variety
