RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY MANAGEMENT!!! This was my very first time eating at red lobster, Ive always heard great things about the food so I decided to spend my birthday there. First impressions to me are EVERYTHING!!!! My first experience was HORRIBLE. I live over 40 miles away and come that far to rude behavior. I ordered a dish that Im familiar with but never had it from their restaurant. I ordered the stuffed tilapia but when I got my food it was smothered with sauce. I like the sauce but it was so much that it made my fish soggy and runny. I brought this to my waitress attention and she was very nice (Billy Jean) and she said she will take care of it. Soon after the manager come out of nowhere rude as can be stating " it was brought to my attention that there some food was sent back and after I responded yes he asked me why what was wrong with it WITHOUT APOLOGIZING I told him it was too much sauce and I didnt like the texture. He then said " well ima take this back but whatever else you get you cant send it back. I had no response but ok, then I just cancelled my entire order. He goes on to say this isnt ice cream its not gonna always taste the same. This made me furious! I am a paying customer and I drove over 40 miles just to enjoy a night out after work. This ruined my entire night. I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE EAT THERE AGAIN!! Something needs to be done about this AND I will be emailing corporate. My family members spent over 200 at this place and was treated like this by MANAGEMENT!

I will never come back again!!! First time I came, It took 2 hours for us to get our food. Once our food came, my seafood bake Barely had food. I voiced my concern to the waitress, she told me "what you want me to do?" shrugged and walked off. I told her again when a table across from us ordered the same thing, she then told me "I shouldnt have ate my food." I was do upset. I called the manager and she apologized for the service and told me shell give me a gift card come and pick it up once I get there. We came back, the service was worse than before!! The waiter acted as if he didnt want to be there. It took him forever to come take our order. Our appetizer came out with the salads, and our food was cold and nasty. We decided against dessert because everything else was nasty and took too long to arrive. Once we told the waiter about the gift card, which we had been asking since we arrived, he got the manager. The manager was very rude. He kept cutting us off mid sentence, and didnt even ask was everything okay knowing we had a bad experience last week. Once we got the corrected ticket, we asked can it be split. The manager said why? Its only $19. They did not split the ticket for us. I felt like I was being chastised. Needless to say Im not going back.

Was way after lunch, 3 pm, so figured wed get at least ok service. Nope. Sat and waited and waited. Waitress seemed very harried and overwhelmed but only had 2 other tables besides us. Took forever to even take our order. Didnt get our drinks, water, until after they brought the salad and soup. Way after. Had to ask for biscuits after they brought our entrees. Had to practically mug another waiter to get our drinks refilled. My husband ordered his steak medium and with corn. Brought it out with broccoli because they were out of corn. He hates to even look at broccoli. They should have asked first. They did bring him green beans which he said were hard and tasteless. His steak was still bleeding when it came out. We sent it back to the kitchen and fifteen minutes later they brought back a tough overly well done piece of steak. Waiting for dessert was not worth it. One tiny piece of brownie with melted ice cream. Not at all like it showed in the menu. Brownie did taste good though. My garlic shrimp was good though the rice pilaf was undercooked and cold. The first basket of biscuits were cold. The second basket was just right. I wont be going back to Red Lobster anytime soon because of this.

This was my first time visiting this location here in Baton Rouge, La Sunday 5/3/15 and let me tell you it was Awesome. We came with our church group and we were treated VIP special. The atmosphere was really nice, the place was very clean and the Service of the two waitress was above and beyond. The manager was very nice and pleasant. These TWO WAITRESS were AWESOME they were friendly, accurate, fast workers, good workers and soooooo nice to ALL of the 30 people they waited on. I was so impress with the service and the FOOD was soooooo good and the desert. They always say first impression is the one you will leave with and I must say that I will come back and back to this restaurant. Upon leaving, the front desk service employees were so nice and friendly. I enjoyed my experience. I have to give a round of applaud to these OUTSTANDING and WONDERFUL WAITRESS VINITA and CHRISTINA. THANK YOU LADIES FOR A BEAUTIFUL JOB OF WAITING ON US.

We came to Red Lobster for my daughters 14th Birthday, per her request. After being sat we were rushed to order. Our server Billy Jean came to our table and told me they were out of clam chowder that I ordered. Then hovered over me until I decided on something else. Our appetizers came out without plates, nor did we have utensils. 3 minutes later my daughters salad and the entree came out. I was frustrated aat this time. My salad then came out not made the way I requested. I uttered to my daughter I was ready to go but wanted her to finish and enjoy her dinner. The server Billy Jean then turned around and loudly said from afar "oh you ready to go cuz I can box this up for you!" Ive had bad service, but this was the worst service Ive ever received!! I see why no one comes to Red Lobster anymore. The attitude and work ethics of the employees are at a low.

Very unprofessional and unfriendly. I made one minor change to my order and had a server named Jaylen who completely messed it up. I was with a party of three and he brought out three under cooked biscuits. There was a party of two directly to my right that got six biscuits. Asked him for more and never got them. After waiting a hour for my order, I told him to cancel it. He went and got an unprofessional manager named Jerry who was unpleasant and doesnt know how to talk to people. Telling me the salmon I ordered had to be cooked to a certain internal temperature. I wonder if they used that same thermometer on the under cooked biscuits I had. Totally wasted 2 hours of my Sunday afternoon. Never will I go there again.

I love Red Lobster . . Love it!! But when I went to this location is Baton Rouge I was taken back. We walk in . . and the girls at the desk immediately says . . before I said a single word . . the wait time is 30-40 min. because we only have 2 servers. . . so IF YOURE INTERESTED IN EATING "HERE" ITS GOING TO BE A LONG WAIT. I couldnt believe what I was hearing. Managing a company myself I KNOW that with the opportunity of working for the public they are my most prize possession. When someone just WORKS . .and doesnt want the best for that company . . it will be the demise of that organization. WHO EVER IS THE TOP MANAGER OF THIS PLACE . . please make your people believe in serving people is their TOP PRIORITY!!!
