I would give it a lower star rating if available, but its not, so they got me again and get a 1 star undeservingly. Charged me full price for a 11 year old girl who ate 2 pieces of "pizza" is what they labeled it as and 1 desert piece. So that was how it started. Not 1 piece of silverware was clean enough to eat off of. I heard complaints from other tables also. I had to wash my own. The pizza selection and quantity was almost non existent at 6pm dinner, so for my first round I had to have soup and a piece of dry chicken, tasty chicken but dry, dry. I washed my spoon and had 1 bite of the soup and couldnt believe it so I tried it again. Yep, it was the worst thing I have ever tasted in a restaurant. Not kidding. So I went back to hopefully find a scrap of pizza. I found a fresh buffalo chicken pizza. I took 3 slices and they were decent and I ate them. I have heard so much about the desert pizza. True to reputation it was very good. I got a dish of ice cream to accompany the desert pizza and when I returned to the table my 11 year old daughter stated, DO NOT EAT THAT ICE CREAM!!! I laughed because I thought she was pulling my leg. She slid hers away and I tried mine. WOW it ties the soup for the worst thing I have ever eaten in a restaurant. My wife asked what was wrong with it. I replied, I have no words to describe it. My daughter chimed in and said, I do. It tastes like bad dog breath. She hit it on the head. I left and will not ever return. This was without a doubt the worst experience and value I have ever had. Maybe other locations are good but I cant say I would try it. Enter at your own risk and dont say you havent been warned.

I have been to a couple Pizza Ranchs & loved them. This location is the worst place Ive been in a very long time. Upon arriving, there was only 2 pieces of chicken that were overcooked & very dry. There was almost a 20 minute wait for a new batch of chicken to come out & when another customer asked the cook when he stormed out of the kitchen about more chicken, he was very rude to her & said "I guess Ill have to drop more!" The special order pizza was cracker thin, & barely any toppings on it. Crackers & cheese wouldve been better. The waiters were good but one waitress was snippy when I asked how much longer on the chicken and asked for a clean plate before she put my special order pizza on it because it was visibly dirty with food. The cleanliness wasnt good either. Window sills were full of dust, tables werent cleaned completely, dirty plates on the buffet, etc. Again, Ive been to others in Mt Pleasant IA & in Davenport/Bettendorf IA & have never ran across this with Pizza Ranch. The management of the Muscatine location definitely needs attention & overhaul. I was very disappointed all around.

The food is good..service was terrible my uncle was eating a salad and ends up finding a long gray hair in the salad...lost his appetite..than i waited over an hour for more chicken..than the cook comes out very unhappy very rude was tossing the chicken in the pan..another customer said he looked very unhappy...the cook had a cap with his lot of hair on the side with a thick beard..no hair net..should be mandatory. will not eat here again

The food here is just ok. What this place has going for it it has a great place to have a small get-together like a birthday party or anniversary or something like that. Plenty of room and when you got a group of people large or medium or small whatever its nice to have an all-you-can-eat place where they can get their own drinks and not rely on hurried wait staff.

pizzas always so so Id rather have dominos or happy joes .chickens good but if you special order an 8 pack it takes forever to get it guy who plays a clown for the kids .better off better atmosphere if you go to happy joes

We arrived 45 minutes before closing. Our expectations we low. To our surprise, the continued putting hot food out until 5 minutes before closing. The staff was super friendly and nice. Food was good was a nice variety.

Pizza Ranch is just delicious. I mean theres really no words to describe the deliciousness at a Pizza Ranch. All you can eat of 100% delicious goodness...you just cant go wrong with this place.

Most dont know but if you go in at the all you can eat time and get the buffet. You can order anything off the menu for no extra cost. They bring it out once its cooked and give you first pick.

The people that work here are the best part. Theyre happy and enthusiastic. The fried chicken is delicious. But the pizza is not good enough to earn a fifth star.
