I just stopped in for a late night snack on a long road trip. First, I will say that I have been to hundreds of Waffle House locations, and this is by FAR the absolute worst! Almost EVERY table was DIRTY!!! Mind you, this was nearly 2AM, there were THREE waitresses, and very few customers! (I call that LAZY!!!! ) Once we settled on a spot to sit (two seats at the lower bar, nestled between MORE dirty plates and FILTH), we sat for five minutes and was completely ignored. Again, there were THREE waitresses, one party of one person, and a party of three men (with whom it seems the thirsty waitresses were flirting with). Once I noticed the dusty, grimy COOK was scrolling through his cell phone (of all NASTY, GERMY things), I was DONE!!!! We left immediately. It didnt seem like they wanted our business anyway. THEIR loss, as I am a VERY good tipper! BEWARE of this disgusting excuse of a restaurant!!

Worst experience at a Waffle House to date. After a long night of work, my father and I wanted to have a nice meal before going to sleep at our hotel. However walking into this locations waffle house was a HUGE mistake. The place was FILTHY. From the tables to the kitchen area. NOBODY was cleaning and the manager was just on his phone literally the entire time were waiting for a table to be clean. While waiting to be seated, that STUPID ASS has the nerve to ask what were waiting for? When I replied we where waiting to be seated he has the nerve to say "if you dont want to sit down , why are you waiting?" I dont know who decides who gets Put in charge, but judging by the reviews, bad service, and a dirty restaurant has been happening at this location for a while. And I WILL be the one to take action so that experience my father and I had wont happen to another family again.

I hate that I even have to give them one star just so I can write this review. I agree with most of the other bad reviews, there was four of us in our party, only one other table occupied. But ,we too, had to sit at the bar because of the dirty tables. Not busy at all, food was greasy and half over cooked , some under cooked. The cook could have just broke a raw egg onto my plate and it would have looked the same. I visit the area frequently and if the manager wants any kind of success from his restaurant, then I suggest he gets them trained by the staff at the waffle house by walmart.. Its mind blowing how much of a difference it is from the same chain only two miles up the road.

This morning we went to this location and the service and food was good however; the eating utensils were dirty. When I asked the waitress for plastic utensils she replied "we dont have any but I can bring you a glass of boiling water so that you can sterilize your silverware" I cant believe that they we overly comfortable requesting a customer to sanitize their own eating utensils at the table. We will not be returning to this location.

Waitress was friendly and very responsive. Being from up north I think are order confused them a bit and they tried their best to make a breakfast rap. Bathrooms were nasty as hell. The cups were clean but looked like someone was chewing on the tip of them around the rim. Waitress did offer to get us new drinks in to go cups. Food was ok. I like my eggs scrabbled with cheese not a pieces of cheese laid on top but anywho food was ok.

Terrible. The staff was arguing when I arrived. The waitress couldnt and finally didnt get my order right despite my efforts. I kept hearing them talking about Trump and his supporters(freedom of speech I understand, but you are representing waffle house at the moment). I think they may have intentionally over peppered my hash browns (could have been accidental). I felt rushed out of the door.

Crazy busy after LSU home game... Needed double the space ... The food is what you expect ... We were 5 guest with basically the same plate but different sides..... Order did come to the table but hot and quick with a couple errors.... Cleanliness was sub par and bathrooms unmentionable ... Have been to better locations with friendlier staff... Worked in a pinch and we left full

I know its a Waffle House so expectations are already low but this place was horrible. Really dirty. My famy walked in and the 7 people behind the counter just stared at us. We sat down and after 10 minutes we walked out because no one ever asked us what we would like to drink. Apparently another family was dealing with the same experience because they walked out with us.

Im a driver I hit waffle House all over and love it but this one has decent food but the waitress sucked did not bring my bill and overcharged me I always get the same thing the same price she upped the bill 3 bucks showing me what I didnt order fire the dumbass and would be a good place she should be at McDonalds not waffle house

They dropped the menu on the floor, picked it up put it back on the table and then laughed about it. Did I mention it was the manager that did this. And then when we mentioned it he laughed at us. He thought it was funny, we thought it was pretty nasty, we talked to to the general manager, he didnt seem to care at all.

I came to this place to have breakfast but this place was so nasty and disgusting, food all over the floor, the whole place was really dirty. The cook kept scratching his head and touching the food with his bare hands (no gloves) so I paid for my coffee and left . You guys will get somebody sick, shame on you!

This is not a joke. Im not upset. Im honestly worried for peoples health. This place was grimy at every turn. Not counting the wrong order, food was unbelievably greasy and uncooked at the same time which is mind boggling. Bugs on window sills to boot. Please ANYWHERE ELSE. Were at McDonalds right now.

Good and service was phenomenal. Everyone was so welcoming and nice. My kids have never been to a waffle house and the staff engaged with them while they cooked. Very good experience. And yes its dated, but its clean. The staff cant remodel the place, but they can keep it clean. And they do a great job

Me and my son just had drinks and then got up and left. This place was really really dirty. I am a waffle house fan. I eat at waffle houses all over the country. I love waffle house. This is the first time I ever got up and left. Staff was friendly but the place was nasty.

Easy walk from the truck stop. Cooking area was messy and not clean even though there were only three patrons. The cook seemed to be trying to sweep in between cooking meals. Over all food was pretty good and the employees were pleasant enough

Food was terrible. Service was on par with the food. Watched several groups leave since the tables that were empty werent even cleaned off yet but there wasnt anyone in there to give them the excuse of being busy. Spend your money elsewhere.
