On my first visit the quality of the food did not justify the price. The patties were dry and hard. I gave them a second chance today. I walked in and no one bothered to greet me. This would have been fine had there not been two people in the front, one of which was a cook playing on his phone. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and after no one bothered to even acknowledge my presence, I left. Even a "Ill be right with you." Would have sufficed. After reading some reviews from the locations that are now permanently closed I think I see a trend and soon this location too will be added to that list.

Went through the drive thru my first time trying Backyard. I was a little skeptical when I pulled up to the window after ordering and no one came for a good 5 minutes and then again because the girl at the window couldnt care less about me. All she said to me the whole time was my total and was a bit rude.. But man was the food delicious! The seasoned fries are amazing and dont even get me started on the fried pickles. Definitely the best fast food burger Ive ever had. Id give the customer service a whopping 0 stars but the food is 5 star good.

Got my food pretty quickly. But. They messed up my order. Asked for a double cheeseburger, just meat and cheese. And it came with everything on it. Went back to get it fixed. They fixed the burger. But it was only a single patty burger. This is the third time theyve messed up my order. Love the food. But hate the service there. Never going back.

The service was vary good here. The lunch I had was above expectations. Excellent flavor and large portions. Plus they serve Pepsi Cola. That was a huge plus. The young lady at the counter was friendly and was happy to serve me. On their monitors was the evening news which was really nice. Id be glad to return to this restaurant.

No idea why I waited so long to try this place. Definitely my new go to for burger dining. Everything was cooked to perfection and the vanilla milkshake was far superior to any other place around, including DQ or Baskin Robbins.

Not your typical drive-thru burger joint. Backyard has better-tasting burgers prepared artisan-style with fresher ingredients. Their specialty burgers are definitely worth a try. The Kentucky Bourbon burger is excellent.

Customer service was amazing, the people were so polite and sweet. I like my chicken dry, so we asked the cook to cook it longer and began to sing the cutest " making my chicken dry" song. Great food and great people.

Loved my Burger. Hot & fresh. The Bacon was cooked to perfection and my red velvet shake was incredible. The drive-thru was super fast and convenient. Its a little pricey but its not your typical fast food Burger....

Service was horrible. What look like the Manager Danny was outside smoking then came inside and gets way to close to you when he talks to you. Very creepy. Food not bad. Just bad management.
