I had a free burger with the purchase of fries and a drink coupon. Still cost over $6 for the 20 oz drink and small sweet potato fry. Seemed kinda pricey but I was okay with it. Took longer than expected to get the food, granted they were somewhat busy. From the soda machine you can see into the kitchen area. Food on the floor, fries sitting in fry baskets on a large rack UNCOVERED! Im pretty sure that violates health codes. Finally got my food, it looked very good. Took a bite of the burger and grease just poured out of it and down my arm. I only got the single patty burger which is pretty thin. It didnt taste like much. Could def use some seasonings. The sweet potato fries were okay, kinda cooked too dark. I saw other people had some sort of dipping sauce for these fries (honey maybe) but I was not given or offered any. I couldnt finish the burger because it was so incredibly oily and greasy. It made me very queasy. I most likely wont be coming back here. I can make a much better burger at home for a fraction of the cost.

Loved this place when it first opened. It was great to not have to drive so far to get to a Five Guys. But over the last few months, the quality has been going downhill. I ate here yesterday and ordered the same thing I get every time. Double bacon cheeseburger and fries. I got 2 very dry & paper thin hamburger patties with burnt fries. You can smell the burnt oil right when you walk in. The workers there also clearly look annoyed to be making the food/taking orders. No smiles, no thank yous. And to the employees cleaning the tables/sweeping the floors, dont come and try to clean by my table while Im eating.

I spent $71 there last night with an online order and my spouse went to pick it up and they handed the milk shakes 1st "took them out of a freezer" Then started to fry my french fries and 6 chicken nuggets while waiting the milkshakes I was to bring home where I live exactly 3 mins from their restaurant had melted before I even left the store, I brought them home to my son and daughter and they were poured out...I called 11 times last night after I got home and no answer ...go figure then I emailed and no sply to that either...I hope they enjoyed my money because its the last time I go there EVER!!!

GREAT food. HORRIBLE service. the workers are rude and impolite. Ill have to make the drive to a different Mooyah from now own. these workers behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional. let me make a quick adjustment to this. the actual cooks are VERY friendly and professional. it is the cashiers and the women taking orders who have ZERO motivation to be hospitable or do their job. i ordered to go and they rung it up as dine in, i wanted 3 drinks, they forgot one, when i had a question I was treated as stupid for not know the answer. MOOYAH has some house cleaning to do.

First the teenage girl at the register was rude. Then waited 20 minutes for food. Burger was super greasy and sloppy. Fries were little things with way too much salt I told them to keep them. Some guy was standing by the register on his phone distracting the workers. Was not impressed at ALL! $30 for two people to eat. Most un memorial, over priced burger. If you like mediocre food at high prices in a completely distracting loud atmosphere, try to hear them call you order number, please waste your time! People are into that crap anyhow these days.

Trina is a rockstar. The restaurant was short 2 staff memebers and you can tell that she was doing everything possible to accommodate the guest and to keep the positivey up. Manager was also very friendly- didnt get her name (late 20s or early 30s lady with curly brown hair pinned up). Despite the somewhat long wait i will be returning. The fantastic customer service and delicious food made the wait worth while. Thanks for the mooyah love yall!

Courteous service! The cashier was very helpful since it was our first time here, I appreciate her patience with us. Burgers were great, fries tasted homemade so we really really liked them!! Fresh fries, fresh burgers. Reasonable prices. This is WAY better than a fast food joint. You wont regret the trip here. The strawberry and mint shakes are tasty and good. Friendly staff. Came here the day after Black Friday and the wait was not bad.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO GLUTEN. The order taker didnt have a clue what was gluten free or not. My wife has to be on a gluten free diet. She told the order taker she needed gluten free. The order taker was recommending regular menu items, but when my wife asked if it was guten free, she would say no its not. This makes no sense. This place is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. It costs me $30 for 2 burger meals!

Delicious sandwiches! You get to pick your meat (beef, turkey, black bean, or hot dog), your bun (artisan white, multigrain wheat, or just lettuce), along with your choice of extras (grilled onions, etc.; love the sautéed mushrooms) for free, and sauce (like honey mustard or Tabasco). And you can get sweet potato fries, too, that tastes so good. Beverage station is in the dining area so you can help yourself to it.

Definitely NOT worth the money. The girl @ the front was not helpful at all. She wouldnt speak even though she was supposed to be taking our order. For 2 Adults and 2 children our total was $49. So, So disappointing! I will never go back. Our burgers were dripping with grease so bad, our buns were completely saturated. I would not recommend this place to anyone just because of the price and quality of food. Sorry.

Pretty decent burger joint. I received the free burger if you purchase fries and drink. The total of the two alone came to be $6.36 thats pretty pricey for a small fry and drink. It was a cheat day for me so I splurged on the calories. Food was pretty good but the fries go downhill if they are not eaten in 4 minutes after cooking.

Best quick burger in Baton Rouge. Staff is friendly and almost too helpful. The double patty burger dressed with BBQ sauce, fried onion strings, and cheddar is excellent. Ive also gotten a really good turkey burger dressed with spicy ranch, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and avocado and really liked it.

The hamburger buns were soggy and the inside of the restaurant was loud and annoying. The manager was overly friendly to the point of being obnoxious and he kept having to yell at the staff because they kept messing things up. For a place that specializes in hamburgers it was a mediocre burger at best.

I have never had a bad experience here. The burgers are always delicious, and the service is always fast. I highly recommend their wheat bun and the fried onion strings. Their small order of fries is also quite large. I have never finished an entire burger and an order of fries.

A really good home style hamburger with your choice of bun. Theres also a you create it hamburger, you choose every ☺ on your Burger, cool.. You get plenty of French fries a small size is enough to share I really enjoyed it and I will be back
