My first experience here at Burgersmith. I am a burger and beer enthusiast. I sat at the bar and was greeted by a friendly bartender. The menu looked great. I ordered a lamb burger, butter and garlic fries with an Abita Amber draft. Food was cooked promptly. The lamb burger was very good, perfectly dressed with tzatziki sauce, purple onions, cucumbers, lettuce and tomato. The buyer and garlic fries were possibly the best fries Ive ever had! I was stuffed! To bad because they also serve New Orleans brand ice creams. I am giving them 5 states because the visit was flawless. I will be back again to experience with a larger party. I would say to anyone that has rated a lower than 4 stars...give then s break. Any new location that opens will have staging issues as they work through training and weeding out the weaker staff. Its growing pains. Give any location a full year before killing them with poor ratings. This place features some very tasty burgers, delicious fries and a wide variety local beers.

Ive been to burgersmith before on Acadian trwy and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I was skeptical about visiting this location based not only on reviews, but on the idea that it just opened and it is Saturday afternoon, expecting the wait to be about an hour. The wait was not that bad; we were quoted 15 mins and it took about that long to get our table. Our waitress was nice, but it was somewhat annoying that in the initial great she said "appetizer" 3 times but did no suggestive selling. Our order took about 30 minutes to cook, and our medium well burger was quite the bit pink. It was not a problem for us, b/c at least the center was warm and there werent any red juices. The rest of the meal went as any other normal meal. The waitress kept our drinks full and brought us the check when asked. I give it an A!

I went on a Sunday night, 7:37 pm. Pulled on the door and it was locked! Business hours on the door said they closed at 9pm. Looked at the host and she said they were closed! So I being to walk away. I then pulled on the door by the bar and it was opened. So we walked in. The Gm greeted us and said that they were trying to figure out there hrs. So we sat at the bar, I watched 9 big familys walk away because of this. In a restaurant, thats a big lost. The Gm is starting this location off wrong. That is not how you run a business, if your staff can not handle the business they you let your customers know and let them make the decision if they want to walk away or not! But I did receive good service from the bar tender! This Needs To Be Fixed Quick From Higher Authorities In The Company!

The first time I ate here I said id never come back. We came on our lunch break with an hour and a half to eat. About 5 of us. We ordered but an hour and a half later never got our food. I threw a fit about awful it was thay my employees wouldnt be eating. They quickly got food together for us only to gwt back to the office to realize IT WAS ALL WRONG AND EXTREMELY COLD! Fastforward to today. I decided since its been over a year to try again. Service was much better. Our server wasnt stoned off her ass this time. But the food is simply decent. Not good. Just medicore. Very overpriced for what you get. I would get a hot and spicy before paying this much again.

My fiance and I have been here for dinner on 3 separate occasions. All on a Sunday evening. The food is good, once you get it. The problem is youre going to be waiting at least 45 minutes to an hour. I dont understand how a place that cooks hamburgers takes so long to have orders out. This is every single time. Also, they will bring your burger first and then the fries come out separately. Who does that? Its happened to us twice and Ive noticed other people receiving their orders this way as well. I gave them 3 chances because its a new place but I probably wont be coming back. This is ridiculous, theres no excuse for that.

A Friday evening at 5:40 pm. We were seated promptly and the waiter was good just nervous. He got our drink orders and appetizer they arrived and appetizer was hot. Ordered 3 burgers, a bratwurst and fries. They took 50 minutes to arrive and where barley warm, 2 orders of fries arrived 7-8 minutes latter. Burgers where extremely dry, the cheese on my daughters burger was dry. This is the second time I have been to a Burgersmith and Last. The first experience was a long one also. These are Burgers its not complicated I did speak to the manager and he did take care of us. Thanks, but I will not return to a Burgersmith.

Started with a long wait(15 minutes) while waiting with roughly 11 other people two couples left which helped with my son and I waiting but, what struck me as strange is that there were empty tables, clean empty tables too Six high tops that sat 4 each and three long tables that would seat 8, not to mention the booths that needed cleaning that could have sat those that had left. Servers may have been being over worked and a noticeable lack of bussers . But when I go out to eat I dont ask for much a smiling face, good food, and a pleasant atmosphere. I didnt find it here

The waiter was Very sweet and attentive, but the 4 cheese grilled cheese, was painted with rancid oil, before being placed on the grill and it tasted horrible!!! I sent it back, explained the problem and had the waiter smell the sandwich, so he would tell the people who were actually preparing the food. He said he would, but he showed up with another sandwich that reeked of rancid oil so strongly, we had to get up and leave. He apologized, but did Not remove it from our bill. Needless to say, we will not be returning to Burgersmith!!!

Horrible staffing! Part of their staff uses drugs and/or goes in to work under the influence of drugs and one of their employees they fired was selling drugs!! I witnessed them doing drugs, among other things, in the parking lot after hours. Like I said they made some bad decisions of who to hire and should drug test because this is out of hand. Your employees represent your business and part of the ones they have are possibly going to get the restaurant shut down from what they do.

My experience at Burgersmith was not a good one. I ordered a turkey burger dressed with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and onions. After waiting 25-30 minutes I received a lukewarm beef patty burger drenched in mustard with a piece of wilted brown lettuce and half a purple onion on it. Needless to say it was inedible. I scraped off as much mustard as I could and took the nasty lettuce and all the onions off but it was still horrible. Save your time and money.

Waited a while to be seated while watching 4-5 empty tables sit empty and 3 hostesses in the front that couldnt keep up with who they had already seated. The people wa iting to be seated had to tell them who they had seated. After I was seated it took a loooooong time to get food. Had to flag the waiter several times just to get a drink and my burger was cold. I wont be back at least for a while. Good luck if you go.
