This will probably be my most elaborate review I will ever write... To start with something positive, the bartenders were AMAZING! With that said, let me tell you about my girlfriend and Is night. When we arrived, there was an hour wait. They were packed! The set up inside is really crowded the way the seating is arranged. I felt like I brushed against every seat I walked by. We were lucky enough to find 2 seats at the bar while we waited for a table. We wanted the full experience. We had a few drinks at the bar and then our table was ready. We were seated almost directly by the front door at a table that was half booth, half chair. We finished our drinks at the table after being seated. We ordered some waters after finishing the drinks. We ordered food almost immediately after sitting down. About 10-15 minutes later, a family is seated next to us. Our appetizer was brought out. There were never any napkins or utensils brought out. After 35 minutes of sitting down, the family that was next to us got there food... By this time, we got really upset. It was uncomfortable, no napkins/utensils, bad service from waitress (because every drink we ordered that was empty was still on the table), and the family next to us got their food first. I thought Id give them the benefit of the doubt and waited another 10 minutes and finally we had enough and complained to the manager. They apologized and said our ticket was LOST in the kitchen and also in the computer. What? Really? Another manager came out and apologized that I guess was over the manager we were talking to before. He apologized, picked up our tab for the alcohol and food, hurried the kitchen to complete our meal, we asked for it to go, and also gave us a $25 gift card, and apologized again while stating, "This is not who we are." The reason I gave them 3 stars was for the recovery. That is the best way Ive ever seen any manager handle such a disappointing experience for a customer. I was quite amazed. I give them 1 star for what had happened and 5 stars for recovery which comes to a medium of 3 stars. They handled the situation very well and we look forward to trying them out again in the future. Side Note: My girlfriend said we arent going back for at least a few months until all the kinks are worked out and they lose some customers. We shall see. Oh, and for the record, NOTHING BEATS A FAT COW BURGER!

Had some good experiences here before hence two stars. Went there today for a quick lunch and to redeem my wifes free birthday burger. Were seated and after a short wait got our drinks and then made our order. Food came quickly though missing the side sauce I asked for. I ordered a regular burger, my wife a tavern double, both eligible for the free birthday burger offer according to the Red Robin website. When we went to pay we logged in to my wifes reward account and it would not remove a burger from the bill. We asked our waitress and she got a manager. He was rude in general and told my wife that the tavern double was not eligible (the website did not say it was excluded, only the finest burgers, and besides my burger was eligible). So we just paid. Also the credit machine at the table froze up and would not print my receipt ,waitress acted like it was our fault when she had to bring us a copy, then told me I had earned my free tenth burger. I think if I had been there a least 5 times I know how to use the machine. UPDATE: Downgrading to one star because corporate did nothing. I even have a free burger from the rewards program and we dont plan on going back to get it. They would probably charge us again.

Arrived at around 2:30 pm Sunday afternoon. People waiting inside and outside and were told it would a 20 minute wait. My friend asked if we could sit at bar and we were told if seats were open. We went into the bar area and literally most tables and bar counter were covered with dirty plates and empty seats. We moved some plates to sit at bar and were Never acknowledged. Manager came by and I asked about sitting at one of the tables and I was told you had to be 21 to sit in the bar area. Well being 61, I was not flattered. Had hostess differed some people offering the bar area, wait time would not be as bad. Manager Never picked up dirty plate or offered support to his staff. Restaurant appeared to be staffed properly, however everyone looked liked they hated their job. No conversation with customers, and no follow up with order or drinks. Over priced for new trend in Baton Rouge. 5 Guys, Burgersmith have nothing to worry about. Wont be back.

What a damn waste of money and time spent here. They are so inattentive, lacks in giving quality customer service . Management must have settled for this guy working the bar, they must not want to make much money. Tonight the guy at the bar who took my order seemed as if I was wasting his time placing my order. Mind you its Tuesday and they were not busy, I asked for gourmet cheese burger with jalapenos. As I waited I ordered their house margarita, checking my id for a long time, he left a while attending to cleaning matters, eventually he made my drink. I cant believe I tipped this guy, I should have known something wasnt going to be right. I get home to discover a burger filled with jalap., beef patty and somekind of sauce only. He placed my order wrong. This is not the first time, last time their excuse was it was terribly busy. Never again, Im done here. I recommend everyone not to waste their well-earned money here, youre just wasting your time.

3 of us dining tonight, waited 1 hour and 5 minutes for our burgers. When they showed up, 2 of the 3 orders were wrong. She returned to the kitchen with them. 30 minutes later out they came, one of the burgers was not what we ordered, they just prepared 2 of the same thing. Sent the one back and asked to see the manager. Waitress came back and said the manager took our drinks and one of the burgers off the bill. That was appreciated, but we were still missing one of our meals. When it came out it was plain, I mesn meat and bread plain. I asked again to see the manager. I paid my bill, didnt wsnt to take advantage of them but I still wanted the manager to see what had come out of his kitchen. We prepared to leave and I picked up my "plain" burger and went to the kitchen. He could have cared less...we will not be returning. Also want to note that our waitress was very nice, was doing all she could to be helpful, I tipped her well.

What a total waste of a good evening! My wife and I decided that this location had be open long enough to work out the so called "Bugs" in the system. Wrong. We arrived at 7, place a simple order by 7:10, was informed not one but two types of draft beer I requested were out of stock. I order tea. I noticed a man near my table with a amber beer. I asked what he was drinking, surprise one to the same beers I ordered. The wait started for two burgers. We were not the only ones waiting, only one of the few not complaining. We realized later if we would have we would have been told the kitchen only had 2 on shaft. One waitress was upset because she couldnt get food to her customers. The burgers arrived just under 55 minutes. The quality of the burger sub-par at best. They save a ton on the endless fries, we didnt ask for any because we had to leave being there so long. My advice - go some where else.
