Wife and I just left, Sunday evening. Ordered 1 appetizer, and 2 Filet burgers, 1 large reg fries. Waited very long time. Our waitress brought out burgers to neighboring 2tables who arrived and ordered after us. No problem, Im easy going. She realized we were looking and said our appetizer will be right out. No problem... She brought out our burgers WITH the appetizer. No fries. She then brought out the fries saying they were the seasoned garlic type and asked if that would do. I normally would accept but dont care for garlic. She went back and promptly brought out the correct hot fries. Okay Im good now no problem. We finished and she brought the tab. We were charged for both fries. I pointed it out she gratiously corrected the tab. Food was delicious. Waiter was nice. Constructive criticism :Attention to detail/service needs attention. I still tipped the waitress. Will give them another chance. Eric

I was just there tonight. Ordered To go. 2 Smiths burgers and a kiddie hot dog and some sides. Upon reaching home, my order was NOTHING like I ordered. The only thing we enjoyed were the butter garlic fries. My Sons hot dog was overcooked and tough for him (3) to chew. I specifically asked that my burger be lightly salted, but upon one bite, salty. We asked for dressings that were not on the burgers. I regret not eating it there as I could have pointed out those things. Really bummed as it was our first time, overall Was not happy with my order as we could not enjoy it. What a waste. Really had high hopes.

Always great! In my opinion, the BEST burger around Baton Rouge. We always get the Smith burger with smoked gouda...delicious. We prefer our burgers cooked well done and they are able to cook them like we want while still being juicy. We have tried all the fries and they are ok, nothing to write home about. Prices are good, especially since I consider this is a top of the line hamburger. The wait time from ordering to eating is usually pretty quick. Often times we will call in our order and pick it up on the way home.

The staff here is amazing and goes above and beyond! Even the waiters not assigned to our table stopped at our table when walking by to make sure we were enjoying the food or to ask if we needed anything else. The chefs here did an amazing job with our food. I have not had a burger this good since I was traveling in Mexico. This place is also kid friendly which was a big plus for us! I absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for some good burgers or fries.

I have never had a bad experience here! So far have eaten here 3 times. The staff are friendly and always seem to have good suggestions if you are unsure which option to go with. Bison burger is my favorite. Always cooked to perfection (if you have never cooked bison, it is lean and easy to overcook) Even waited 45 minutes for food the first time I ate here (was their first week being open) and it was still worth it!

We try and try to love this place. We have been several times as they have a good tasting burger. The problem for me is the bun is not correct for their burgers, it falls apart before you finish your burger. And that just makes for a bad experience. The store is not always as clean as it should be and people standing around not doing anything. They need a manager to take charge and get help trained or replaced.

Decent burgers, good hot dog. Service sometimes spotty. I have had carry out twice late at night, and sure beats McD, Wendys, etc. My wife had a sit down lunch recently and had a bad experience, .. could not get waited on. Not a racial thing since the other parties who were waited on before them (who arrived after them) were various races, just bad wait staff. Management was somewhat helpful.

Went here with my wife quite a while ago. I must agree with most of the comments on the wait. My biggest issue was with my burger. While the bison burger was amazing... i had to finish cooking it at my house. After taking a man sized bite I noticed the patty was blood red (asked for well done). Needless to say Pepto and I got acquainted that night. Have not returned since.

Our party had four adults and four kids and all right were blown away by the incredible food, excellent service, and large portions. Simply put, all four adults agreed: best burgers any of us had ever eaten. Cant beat that. Pros: Delicious, Unique Food Large Portions Great Service Fun Atmosphere Central Location Cons: A Little Pricey for Burgers, but Worth it!

Food is great! The wait is ridiculous!! went in today at 1:03 didnt get my burger untill 1:32 ! just horrible! I thought they were cooking one burger at a time.....they did not have a lot of people either. When I get back to work my lunch will be over....UGH!!! Ive been here four times in the past 3 months and each time the burgers were great. The service is good, I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes from the time I sit down until the burger arrives. I just tried the Praline crunch ice cream and it is great, but I still like the root beer float the best. Not really a fan of the fries though.

This is a burger and fries place. The options are good for filling that special burger craving. The garlic butter fries are the tastiest choice of the fries I think. If you are looking for a great gourmet burger I would look else where, but it is better than the chain burger joints. I have never had a bad experience here.

Generously priced food that will make anyone after burgers and a southern pallete happy. The staff is also friendly polite and helpful. Theyve got a bar, TVs with sports on, and quite the relaxed atmosphere. Would be my first reccomendation for a casual dinner solo or with a partner/friend.

We didnt really get to dine in, because we looked at the menu and it didnt offer chicken nuggets on the kids menu. My so unfortunately is a picky eater (not his fault), but we were disappointed that they didnt offer it. However, it wouldnt be a bad place to try during lunch.

$2 for bacon? Why would I pay $2 to get my arteries clogged? For real Burgersmith? I thought this was more than a relationship Costumer-Restaurant. The Turkey Burger is OK. But there was more onion than meat in my burger... and this is not a subway. Overpriced.

Great place for a GOOOOOOOOOOD BURGER!!! Im a burger & fry kinda girl & this place serves them up well. Burgers arent the only thing on the menu, grilled cheese, hot dogs, salads; something for everyone. Prices are fair. Parking is good. And service is GREAT.

The bison burger is delicious and filling. The garlic fries are very salty but good despite that. Its slow on Monday, but I dont mind the lack of a crowd. The prices are a little high, but expected when eating bison meat. The other burgers are more reasonable.

The customer service was great. The guy was really nice. The burger(Bison Burger) was great as well. We also had the cheese fries which had a lot of cheese just needed to have more toppings. Great little spot for a lazy Sunday out letting.
