On my second visit to Curbside my GC2 burger had no green chilis relish and my truffle fries had no truffle oil. My husband asked the staff about the green chili relish twice and they said "its melted into the cheese". Green chilis dont melt. They dont vanish or disappear, unless they have been puréed to heck- which makes little sense from a chefs perspective, but even if they were puréed there would still be bits of evidence of them in the Cheese. There wasnt even any "pepper" in the pepperjack cheese, much less any green chili. They also forgot the Fritos. Rather than remake my burger correctly or offer some green chili relish, they just kept insisting that green chilis melt like icicles apparently in the cheese. We decided to just leave, to never return, and to write a review of our experience on fb. The owner, Nick, contacted me via messenger and THREATENED to post pictures of me "stealing a drink" if I did not take down my bad review. He called me a liar. Told me there was chili on my burger and truffle oil on our fries (no there wasnt) and that I was only charged for one drink but got two (his cashier faUlt as she controls the cups- had no clue we were t charged). Disgraceful- reprehensible- unprofessional- CRIMINAL behavior from a business owner. Eat elsewhere...trust me.

Good but not the best. I went in based on hearing about Curbside on Eagle 98.1 last Friday w/Dan Day. I am always looking for a good burger. I did not eat there but had a takeout order. My first recommendation is to eat there. By the time I got back to my office 2 miles away the bun was soaked. Hard to enjoy a soggy burger. I do have to say it was perfectly cooked medium and tasted good. I was disappointed in the size of the burger for the price. Based on the recommendation of starting with the Classic that is what I had. The bun was probably very tasty before it became soggy. It had great promises to be the perfect brioche bun. Buttery, toasted yet soft. The toppings were great. I liked that I was able to chose my own condiments. The pickles are top notch. I also had the tots. they were as expected. crisp and crunchy not full of grease. All in all I will give them another try but by eating there to see how that turns out. Pros: it was quick service Cons: patty size to cost ratio.

Burgers are delicious and the atmosphere is terrific. Staff members are helpful and enthusiastic. I believe this exceptional atmosphere is why most customers enjoy this place so much. With that being said, today as I was ordering my food, a manger came to the sweet young lady taking my order and thought it was appropriate timing to reprimand her for a mistake she had made on a ticket. And by "reprimand" I mean degrade her. Having no choice but to witness this, I was extremely disappointed. Those conversations should be taken care of in a much more professional way, and not directly in front of a customer. To the sweet young lady taking my order- keep smiling. This place is known for its awesome atmosphere and your smile and kindness is the first impression on your customers. Im sorry your manager ruined that for me today!

If I didnt know better, I would think I was at the wrong place. Gourmet? Seriously? I know youve said your meat is fresh and never pre-cooked. I must say I have had pre-cooked burgers that were better. We requested our burgers well done. The burgers werent even warm when we got them. My shake was very good because I asked them not to put all the extra syrup and topping. The one my friend had was with all the extras and said it was so sweet it couldnt be enjoyed. The employees were very nice and helpful and I liked the set up, especially the outside area. That is the only reason for the second star because the food was a huge disappointment after reading the articles before you opened. Best burger in town? Mine certainly wasnt, and it was way overpriced.

We went there on the first day they opened for a late lunch. It was not too crowded at 2pm, however we had a long wait for our burgers. The cool thing is that Curbside employees came by twice to check on us and apologize for the wait and gave us a couple of beers on the house. The burgers were well worth the wait. We tried a Classic with pepper jack and a Brian 3.0, both were cooked as ordered and very tasty. The large fries were a little cold and not the best. Things happen on the first day, so we understand and will definitely be back. The place is very nice with indoor and outdoor dining available. Outside they have tables under a patio cover or uncovered, theres a small stage in the corner for live entertainment. All in all, a great experience.

Delicious burgers and fries (I get truffle parmesan fries). I only want to dock half a star for their drink prices (except Yuengling), but I only had the option to do a full star. My wife drinks only wine and that turned into an expensive night quickly. The bartenders arent as charismatic and personable as one would expect from a place with such a lively feel. All that being said, the outside area is amazing and perfect, albeit I havent been out there in the summer yet. There is a nice large oak tree in the middle of the tables and a small stage set up in one corner. At night, it is illuminated by strings of yellow lights. There is trivia on one of the weekdays and BBQ sauce on tap next to honey mustard, spicy ketchup, and ketchup.

I love having more and more choices in Mid-City. The location of Curbside is near me, so it is convenient. The food is OK, but somewhat pricey for what you order. Ive been told that they will serve a larger menu in the near future, so maybe that will help. The ambiance is more for an in-out lunch, which is too bad because the neighborhood location would be a good place to come and have a drink. The bar isnt very conducive for this. However, it is a full service bar and the patio has great potential. I just wish it wasnt located so far back from Government Street because its hard to see, and it ruins the feel being located in a parking lot instead of a more urban feel.

Food was GREAT! It was my first time at this place and the staff was very warming and welcoming when I walked in. I ordered the curbside classic and I have to say it was TO DIE FOR. Ive had so many burgers from this place, that place and the third and curbsides was really really good. Im a sucker for sloppy burgers. I wish they had napkin holders at each table b/c I was really bummed about getting up & going to the drink station to get a napkin every time my burger made its way all over my hands. Nonetheless , great place , great food and quality service.

I got a plain burger, fries, and a coke to go. The restaurant appeared clean enough. The food was good, but over priced. The burger was not bad, nor was it great. It was just ok. The serving sizes are small too for the price. The fries that come with the combo meal are the equivalent to a McDonalds small fry, and the coke that came with it was maybe 10oz of cup and 8 oz of coke. Considering all of this cost me $11 and change I think this place is too overpriced for my taste. I will say the food was good though.
