Decided to eat here twice before I reviewed to ensure it was accurate and fair. The food to some may be a bit pricy, and it most definitely takes a while to receive your food, but honestly that is to be expected. This is fresh seafood cooked to order. The food itself is delicious. I ordered the jerk flavored crab which came with 1 cluster of crab, sliced potatoes(5), small corn on the cob, and 1 large spear of broccoli (16.99) the corn on the cob was plain and flavorless but everything else was great. The service each time was polite and friendly but the first time we had questions about a few items on the menu and our waitress had no clue. For example we asked what flavor was BBW wings as that term was unfamiliar to us. She didnt have a clue and it was the same with our other questions. By the way it is a very spicy (heat level 7 maybe) barbecue style wing with sauce

So I will like to say there is good customer service than there is bad. I made an order 1hour and thirty minutes ago and Im still waiting as we speak lol. There is a polite young lady here that has made me feel very welcome however, it seems she is back and fourth helping out in the back. There is another young lady who is totally oblivious and had an order waiting on the counter for 15 min and didnt bother to ask who was next. Time management and personnel management is key to running an effective business, with that being said the manager should really look into who they hire. Some people working here are not out for the business or the customers well interest. I am number 5 on this waiting list there more customers ahead me who look very frustrated. I hope the food was worth the wait very displeased.

I havent been there yet but I called them to ask where they got their seafood. The lady on the phone said we get them from three states but idk where. So then I proceed to tell her that it would be beneficial for her to know. She was extremely rude in her tone the whole time on the phone even when she answered the phone. I ask her how often they get their shipments in for the food and she said "once a week I think, I dont know." For any sea food connoisseur, they will want to know the answers to these questions. I feel like they should train their staff with a little more knowledge of their company. Also maybe a little politeness.

The food here is so good. I love the Dungeness crab legs plate. Since its made to order you can get them flavored however you want. If youre a fan of salty or spicy, just let them know and theyll hook you up. Theyre a little short staffed, but the staff they have is so incredibly nice! Just make sure you give them some time to get your stuff together and you wont be disappointed. Its not fast food. Ive never eaten in there, I usually pick up. If you add on 5 to 10 mins to whatever time they tell you itll be ready, itll be ready once you get there. If youre on the fence about trying seafood sensations, do it! Its delicious!

The waitress misunderstood when my husband ordered and when the food got brought out and he told her she automatically went to the back and corrected the order. So customer service was not an issue, the place was clean, and the food was great! This is a low key place w food in take out containers. Nothing fancy, but great food. Definitely coming back and getting some sample platters next time!

My wife had me try this place for lunch one day and Wow!!!!!!! The food was amazing! I can honestly say of my 34yrs of life. This seafood is the best I have ever eaten. I would also like to point out the friendly crew working there. Every time I walk out of that place I do it with a grin on my face. When you give this place a try. I can guarantee youll not be disappointed.

Well there is just one thing i would like to say about the food...WOW. The people are so friendly and The food was fresh thats hard to do with seafood and i have had to non fresh seafood before and this food was right on point lol. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place if you like good food and friendly staff. They have a lifelong customer here. Must try the soft crabs..

No restaurant score posted. Most items on the menu were unavailable in an attempt to steer you to items that wasnt sold the previous day. Attempted to serve day old food with an overkill of Old Bay seasoning & salt. You know fresh seafood when its presented. Do not disappoint your self, instead of this place prepare it yourself.

Went in today (4/15/2017). Food was decent. But was over charged for a crab cluster that we didnt even order. Then to top it off, the restaurant was absolutely filthy. Trash all over the floor. Bathroom was nasty too. Coleslaw was room temperature. Makes me wonder how they pass health inspection. I dont know if Ill go back.

Every time I come here I have to call back in the speak with the owner. If the owner isnt making my food I dont want it. And when you call back in to regular staff they like to hang up in your face. The food is overpriced and not well proportioned at all. And then theres no way to get a refund either. Wont get my business anymore.

I tried to call in an order around 6pm I was placed on hold for over 17 minutes no one even bothered to pick up the phone to acknowledge that I was still on hold or to let me know they were super busy so I hung up and called back... An hr later its still busy like they just left the phone off the hook after they placed me on hold.

The tall guy with the dreads was very polite, (I actually remembered beating him in basketball in high school) The seafood was delicious, and the sides were cooked to perfection. I would highly recommend anyone to try this restaurants great food. Staff was kind and the atmosphere was very nice

Really good food. Was surprised the chicken wings were good. Honey hot wings. Tasted the crab and it was good. Fries a bit soggy and corn on the cob had no flavor. So we found out if u leave tip on card the cooks get it. So if u want to tip the waitress leave cash. I would come here again.

Truck driver. Read the reviews and wanted to try them out. Dropped my trailer at truck stop. Came here. Was turned away, saying they had to close for an hour. The times on the door didnt state any closing down time. Just went back to were I ate last night were I had good service and food..

Weve taken our friends and invited others to join us here. The food is always seasoned to your desire and flavorful. The owner has always greeted us with kindness and attended to our needs. Seafood Sensations is well on its way to having a stake in the Clarksville/Ft. Campbell community.

This is my first time visiting this place and it will be my last. First they messed up my order secondly they bring out my friends order without any silverware thirdly the waitress was rude. Needless to say I will take my business else where. Which I had to eat someone else
