The waiter never removed any plates or extra glasses from the table. I ordered the $30 ultimate feast and my lobster tail and crab legs were ice cold. Before taking a single bite of either, I informed the waiter. The manager came over before the replacement arrived and admitted that there had recently been numerous complaints about food quality towards the end of the night. When the replacement came, the crab legs were cold again. Having worked as a waitress in the past, I fully expected my meal to be comped. Not the case, they werent even going to give me a discount. When the manager came back, he was rude and arguing with me that there was no way they were cold the second time. I offered for him to feel them for himself, he declined. At the end of the ordeal he begrudgingly applied a $10 discount to my $93 ticket. VERY DISPLEASED.

Service wasnt the best - plates were not cleared at all during the meal so I had to pile them up in the center of the table as we went. (4 of us) Fried fish and scallops in Admirals feast were not even close to fresh. No refills were offered for beer. This particular visit was horrible but over the years, the service and quality have been much better. Hope this isnt a sign of things to come for this location.

Although I this is where I first found out I had developed sea food allergy, I still think this is a great restaurant for anyone who does not suffer my problem! The cheddar biscuits they serve are amazing, youll eat a lot of those. Also, they have a good menu and give a proper amount of food. Cool seafood experience.

Went there during endless shrimp promotion, ate a few shrimp off my first plate. Decided that Ill package the uneaten portion and was told by management that we could not take the uneaten portion, it had to stay behind. First time I have ever heard this. Excellent service from the waiter though.

Service was quick. My order was given to me with one less item than what was described on the menu, the issue was realized before I had an opportunity to bring it to their attention. The restaurant could use some detailed cleaning but its not the worst Ive seen out of a chain restaurant.

Food has gotten considerably better here. Seems theyve found some cooks who finally know how to prepare the food the right way! It has finally gotten back to the great tasting Sea Food I remember here when I was a kid! Love a lot of the new menu items as well!

Cant go wrong with some Red Lobster in your life. While its nowhere near as delicious as fresh fish from the east coast, its the next best thing when you live in landlocked Indiana. Always delicious and consistent. A solid go to when you get that crave!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Can u spell food poisoning for three days? Thats what I should have expected with litteral monkeys preparing and serving it. Burn it down and hire hard working people.not lazy monkeys. Its hobart, not friggin Gary.

Come here a lot now. They seem to keep getting EVERYTHING right every time. Request Ammanda (there are two and theyre both great). Every desert is wonderful and every dinner is perfect. Absolutely love it and I dont just hand out five star reviews.

Atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. The wait is usually very long, and the crowd is often very loud. Service is hit or miss, depending on the waitress. Food is typical of a chain restaurant.
