ZERO stars!! This was at the Navy Pier. All I wanted was some fries to go. Surly bartender charged me $4.75 and I received the WORST fries I have ever eaten. Cold, burned, old, bottom of the basket fries. Any respectable business would have been ashamed to serve them. Why didnt I complain, ask for $$ back? I should have ... Disgusting service, disgusting food. Mar 5 1017.

I didnt even wanted to give this one star but couldnt find a way to just write a review. One of the worst services I ever had. Is there any other restaurants that takes more than 35 minutes to take an order??
