I have always loved Red Lobster but when they got my order wrong and I had the receipt to prove it and informed them over the phone- They gave me to understand that either I would arrive or I would lose it if I cant come in the next few days. I requested a refund if I did not receive my meal tonight and they said they would refund it if it came to that because they close at 10p and will not stay over. Which was acceptable- I informed them I was driving over and that I should arrive before right 10p when they close and I did but the order was not ready. I live 40minutes away and drove twice to get here wasting time and gas and they did not have the order ready the second time?! (-_-) The manager Ashley said she was not informed of when I would arrive just before 10p so she did not have it ready...even though I called and spoke to her at 9:18p about issue. I left wet and in my pajamas to make it before closing (yes it was embarrassing) but on their part they had not even started my order when I arrived before closing and I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes. I understood they were closing but I did not find their behavior to be professional. I feel they had plenty of time to have the order ready upon my arrival especially because I specified when I would be there. She gave me an apple costrata but at this point I am soured from this unprofessional experience and will not be returning ever again. I just wanted to spend the last night when my brother was visiting eating a shrimp wrap and watching a movie and now our evening was ruined. :,( I drove back because he wanted RedLobster but never again...!

My family and I went to eat dinner on February 24th, 2017. My wife and I got the ultimate feast each and my daughter ordered popcorn shrimp. We all got a side salad and we also ordered the lobster and artichoke dip off the appetizer menu. The food was absolutely disgusting and when we left my wife and daughter were still hungry when so we stopped at McDonald and had a better meal than at this restaurant. #1 There was fruit flies landing on all of our food and we had to keep swatting at them. #2 The lobster was overcooked and had little to no flavor. #3 The crab legs had no flavor. #4 Mashed potatoes were crusted over. #5 The shrimp scampi was okay. could have had a bit more flavor to it. #6 My daughters shrimp was overcooked, she asked for only lettuce in her salad and instead got carrots and onions. #7 When we had decided enough was enough, we had asked for our check and explained all of this to our waitress. She apologized but the manager was never brought to our table to correct the situation and I still had to pay almost $100 for a meal that was not worth the drive. There was no compensation at all. However, the waitress did offer to bring us something else to eat. But if the food was this bad, why would we take something else that would be just as bad. My family will not be returning to this establishment. The one star rating that I am giving is due to the waitresses professionalism toward her job.

Worse dining experience ever! Wife and I went here to enjoy "crabfest" and use a coupon for free appetizer sent to us in the mail. The food was slow with a very empty dining room. Once we received our food my wifes steak was cooked wrong and sent back. After waiting another 20 mins the same steak comes back overcooked and tough with the rest of the meal cold and me already finished eating my wife loses her appetite and asks the waitress to just take her meal off the ticket her food was carried away. When the check came they said they couldnt honor the coupon for free appetizer because we only purchase one entrée when it was their fault they couldnt get the food cooked right. Then I spoke to the manager Bobbi and explained the situation and she got an attitude as if we were trying to con them out of $8 appetizer after spending $50 for my meal and wife still leaving hungry. The manager finally took the appetizer off and never even apologized for lack of service and food quality. Will never spend my money at a Red Lobster again.

The wife and I went for the unlimited shrimp and were not disappointed. We each ate well over the $16.99 each we paid for it and even turned it into a competition. Our waitress was friendly and encouraged us constantly to order more, sometimes putting in several orders ahead to insure we were not waiting long. I made it to 80 pieces.( I wanted to break 100 but of course I couldnt stay away from the biscuits.) This was some of the most fun Ive had at a restaurant. The unlimited shrimp is a great deal, it even still comes with two sides, which we saved so we could eat more shrimp. We ended up making our last order the linguine and took it, with the sides and plenty of biscuits, home which made an awesome meal the next day. Well worth the cost. I recommend everyone give this a try before they do away with it again, you wont be disappointed.

The waiter was nice and polite, Im not have any complaints about it, BUT THE FOOD WAS TOTALLY AWFUL. My kid order some steak, it had a lot of fat ( and not the good kind) I can tell you that the chicken fingers were better than the meat!!! I told the waiter about the situation they only apologize about it, BUT didnt even offer to replace the steak or take it out of my check!!! My kid only touched 1/4 of the whole piece. Even the water had a disgusting taste!!!! I can tell it was a straight tub water!!!!! Im totally disappointed with this location!!!! Ive been in many of your locations back in FL where we are originally from BUT THIS LOCATION IS HORRENDOUS AND WITH POOR FOOD QUALITY!!!!

All around great experience when visiting this Red Lobster location on the way home from vacation. The server was extremely good. He remembered our entire order correct without writing it down. He got us refills and other things without us ever asking. He also took some time to chat with us a bit at the end of our meal. The food was fresh, hot and tasty. We got large enough portions we were stuffed and didnt even consider dessert. TIP: You can get a basket of biscuits to-go, just ask!!!

Ive only had good experiences here! The worst thing is the lobster tank (I just think its gross and my nieces LOVE it so its hard to get them to sit down for food). The waitstaff is always polite and on it with refills of drinks and biscuits. Variety of food on the menu, not just fish. Fish tacos, stuffed flounder, you cant go wrong! I like to get crab Alfredo with broccoli as a side and cut it up and add to it!

SICK SICK SICK! 8 of us ate here together...8 of us ended up sick! Nothing to the point of food poisoning, just ill as in....gross food. Very expensive prices, very small portions and a FOREVER wait on the food. We have been twice and remembered the 2nd time why we didnt want to go again after the 1st time....it was well over a year between the 2 visits. Sorry Red Lobster, but you get 2 thumbs down from me!
