This place is awful. First you wait for over 30 minutes in the drive thru line and then to get home and find out my order was wrong is ridiculous. So when I call, I informed them that my order was wrong and was told by a manager that I could come back the next day, to find out that they werent going to replace my order. Even though they just said the day before that they would, is ridiculous. The manager on duty saw in my phone that I had called and yet in still he (Omar) would only replace half of my order. So then frustrated as ever I pull off and decide to check my half order, to then see that my order is still wrong. So now back around to sit in this long drive thru line. No apology, for the inconvenience or even an "what kind of strips" or "sauce would you like"; they just throw it and the bag and expected me to be happy and get over it. Also and they did not say "have a nice day, " even though they had me waste gas and time also energy. I will never spend my hard earned money there again.

I eat at this location about once a month and always have a good experience. My order always has been correct and my food always has been fresh. I live in the neighborhood behind the store and the chicken often still is too hot to eat when I get it home. Occasionally the sides (usually the slaw) have been a bit under filled, but not often enough for me to stop going. I always get whichever family meal special is on. Occasionally Ive had to wait about 15 minutes because theyve just dropped the chicken Ive ordered, but if a manager is up front when it happens, they usually throw in a couple extra pieces or biscuits and a drink for the inconvenience, sometimes without even telling me.

Im traveling from cinti. Ordered 10piece dinner for my children at 10:00 PM. Additional red beans and rice two extra biscuits. And three spicy breast. I didnt get the spicy breast. I didnt get the red beans and rice. They forgot to put the five biscuits with the dinner.The chickens they did give me was cold old and dried out. The real problem though was when I called and talked to the GM. He did not satisfied me and was very rude about how he was going to rectify it because my children had eaten a couple pieces of the chicken. I used to rate Popeyes number one of all the chicken restaurants. I think they need to be retrained today at this location.

Yes, wish KFC was located where Popeyes is!! My order has been wrong 90% of the time. Either get wrong pieces of chicken (how to you mistake a thigh for a leg???), side wrong or biscuit missing?? Think I may finally be DONE WITH THIS PLACE!! Felt so bad for woman in front of me on a Thursday night. She had such a HUGE order and called it in. When she got there, discovered Mgr! (not just an associate) FORGOT TO DROP HER ORDER?? She probably waited 1/2 hour and no discount.........just Oops, Sorry!) No wonder they have the highest turnover Ive ever seen!!!

This has got to be one of the cleanest Popeys Ive ever been in. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the dining room and bathroom. The cashier and employee responsible for filling and handing out the orders both need refresher training in customer service. I absolutely love Popeys; however, the chicken was extremely greasy and not cooked very well. If the chicken was good I probably would have overlooked the poor customer service I recieved. I give this establishment 5 stars for cleanliness and 2 for both customer service and quality of chicken.

Went in there today and the guy at the register rang me up wrong. Then, when I asked for my order to be made right, the manager wanted to charge me extra to make it right. Wont be going there again. 3-18-15 Update: I wish I could give the preston store negative stars. Decided to give them another shot and regret it. Everyone is rude and they act like youre inconveniencing them by coming in there to eat. Guess Ill start going to Dixie Highway even though its out of the way.

Had a friend that went on Sunday Nov 30th and cashier had so much gum in her mouth it was sad. Could not use 2 coupons on same visit even though the orders were to be rung up seperate. Neddles to say coupons got torn up put on counter and will never return. It is such a shame she and her aunt love their chicken. So the will be going to the PopEyes on Dixie Hwy where sevice is great. T he manager at Preston needs to take inventory on his employees.

I read previous reviews (none were very positive) before going to this Popeyes but I decided to give it a try (since I had never eaten there before). As the previous reviews said, when I arrived home, my order was not correct! I have been trying to contact the store for over an hour and the line has been busy! This is more frustrating than the fact that the order was wrong!!! I guess thats one way to eliminate complaints by phone!

Horrible service. When placing order, employee was constantly laughing with other employees. When i got to the drive through window, employee was cussing and using profanity towards other employees. I was told to pull to the side to receive my food, after waiting fifteen minutes, a employee came to deliver food while on her cellphone and stated in a rude voice "here".

GOOD: Very friendly employees... hard to beat. I liked the interior design that is certainly out of New Orleans, but with a more modern-contemporary spin. BAD: While I could tell there was a good flavor somewhere, it was not enjoyable because the food was very stale. No healthy options at all. SUMMARY: Its fast food. You pretty much know what to expect going in.

Went last week and ordered a 4 piece mixed meal got home and I had a thigh and three legs. Today I ordered a 4 piece meal mixed which; was correct but, I ordered and charged for an extra side (cole slaw) and didnt get it. Asked if it was in there before pulling off and assured it was. Its happened too many times now. KFC you now have all my fried chicken business.

The food is the only reason I gave it four stars. The food was so good that the service didnt matter. The best biscuits that I have had at a fast food restaurant. And the spicy chicken is putting KFC to shame. If the people were a little bit more friendly and the place cleaned up it would have a perfect five star rating from me. Go and try the biscuits.

Never get the order right, RUDE, seems like no one likes their job. They will rush you in the drive thru. No one under 25 should be employed!!! Id rather drive to Louisiana so the NICE lady from the commercial can serve me. Just ghetto. KFC has a new loyal customer now. Its a shame because I really like Popeyes.

We sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes waiting for our food. Once we got our food I hurried home and didnt check my order. Sure enough I get home 1 meal was missing. I called back up somebody answered and said damn then hung up. Very poorly trained group. Management should be fired. I will never eat there again.
