Rude with Attitude, I go up to the Taco Bell drive thru and look for a kids type meal, didnt see one, so I asked if they had something like that with cheese in it, she said huffely dont sell kids meals. I asked if they had anything with mostly cheese in it, and she said be grudgingly a cheese burrito, I said okay well take two, then she said hastily and angrily what to drink. Two small teas. $5.94. What was all that about, Excuse me young girl, you sound very angry, have I made you mad, no, then why that sharp, short and smart A sound in your voice directed at me your customer, that offends me, believe Ill just go somewhere else and you can keep the change. Went over to Zaxbys, very nice helpful perfect, then across street to Arbys to get something for mom, and they were even nicer and that made me very happy, think I will visit you again Arbys and Zaxbys, Thank you! Taco Bell you need yo work on it.

They are always closing before the commercially advertised time of 4am. Tonight I pull up at 3:49am behind a car thats already in the drive-thru and another car pulling in behind me. The guy in front of me was obviously frustrated and asked for a manager. I overheard the manager reply "our clocks say 4, sorry" So 3 people, myself included have clocks that run off of automatic world time and taco bell must run off of their own time(whenever they feel like closing time) which aggravates the hell out of me because I sped up there knowing in was cutting it close but also knowing that I still had time. Very few people out there, according to Google review, are very pleased with any taco bell location anywhere in the south end. Do they even care or do they consider themselves a monopoly that doesnt have to care?

This place is simply one of the worst restaurants Ive ever been to. Expect to wait 20-30 mins for food at any peak dining time. The only reason I go here is because its cheap and convenient and sometimes Im too drunk to care. I immediately regret my decision each time. Not to mention you are trapped in the drive thru. If you go here make sure you either have an SUV that can jump the curb to get out of line or an extra gas can to refuel during your excessive wait. In fact, Id say this place accounts for at least 10% of the worlds greenhouse gases due to ppl waiting in line. The only restaurant worse is the McDonalds down the street, but this is giving them a run for their money. I hope youve enjoyed my review, I have carefully worded it and edited while Ive been waiting in line.

This is the second time in a month that this location has been out of items they should not be out of, they didnt have large cups, doritos Loco shells, tomatoes, nacho cheese, or lettuce. I dont know if its the management not ordering things correctly or what bit that is crazy, also there isnt a sign that says any of this so once they tell you that they dont have these things if someone pulls in behind you, you are stuck in the line whether you are buying anything or not which we are not. All in all they lettuce down.

I dont know what it is about all the fast food restaurants like Taco Bell McDonalds Wendys even Arbys in Valley Station can not get a order right and they all have attitudes when you bring it back its just flat-out ridiculous when you live in the area you will come to know your fast food places around you all too well dont stop in Valley Station you probably will get this appointment

Waited in drive thru line for 10 minutes. Get up to the window to pay and have to wait even longer to pay and get my food. The 2 girls working the window more worried about taking selfies with each other than taking orders our getting then it to the customers that are in line waiting for food. Going inside and pre-offering online isnt much better.

Employees were slow, took to long for our Mexican Pizza, employees were not very friendly, difficult to get in and out of parking lot. Appeared to be mostly due to ongoing road construction. It parking lot too crowded

No soap or sanitizer in bathroom. They messed up our order twice in one trip. Soap dispenser is broken and wont close. When i walked inside even through drive thru window everyone is playing n screaming..

What the food costs and what they charge you is a world of difference. Place hires the most incompetent people and food sucks, go back to McDonalds, the Mexicans may get your order right
