This has to be the worst Taco Bell I have ever been too! While I love the food itself this certain location has much to be desired. When it first opened it was pretty decent but over the years it has drastically went downhill in the handling of customer service Numerous times I have witnessed the restaurant actually close its doors in the middle of operating hours! Their excuses have ranged from; they ran out of ingredients to they were short staffed. While im sure plenty of restaurants have been understaffed they somehow make it work I believe a restaurant is not supposed to close its doors during operating hours unless its a case of dire emergency yet this particular restaurant does it numerous times and allows people to wait outside in the midst of hot weather Im going to share the main reason why I will never patronage this particular Taco Bell again. On our way home my mother and I decided to grab dinner and go home so we stopped. I waited in the car while my mother went inside. I waited for about 30 minutes while I was waiting the doors to the lobby were locked once again the reason this time they were understaffed. I watched four people wait outside after about ten minutes two had walked away in anger and the other two were finally let inside to exchange their orders A couple minutes pass and my mom finally comes out angry but she wasnt alone the manager of the store had come out with her and got all up in her face. She followed my mother to the car and she was yelling "leave the property" even after my mother said she would the manager proceeds to go to the back of our car gets the license plate and calls the police. We wait for the police and we explain what happened and how the manager even looked like she was going to put her hands on my mom to hit her! We were told that this was a warning and all of this was over lettuce I kid you not Ive been in many restaurants but I have never seen a manager act that way! If you ask me she was an intimidating bully and Does Not Deserve the title of manager or to work in a social envirnment with the behavior she displayed. Although the location of this Taco Bell is closer to my home I will be going to the New Albany, or Jeff location there is no reason for a store to be that way or how a manager conducts themselves

Bad experience on March 10th 2017. Says lobby opens 7:30am...we pulled in at 8:30 am. Doors were locked. So we went to the drive thru. No breakfast menu was up...so we asked if they had a breakfast menu. The guy rather snottily said yeah weve got crunch wraps and burritos what breakfast item are you talking bout? We tried to order 2 steak crunch wrap combos with coffee and the guy tells us their coffee maker is broken. Whats the point of saying Taco Bell serves breakfast if you dont have breakfast items, if you dont bother to do your job and put out the breakfast menus or unlock the doors so peopke can come in to be customers and spend money? This was my first and last time going to this particular Taco Bell in Clarksville In.

The service is horrible. I went there one night after work so it was around 11pm. I was the 3rd person in the drive thru. I waited 20mins there and once I got to the window it was another 10mins. When I got home with my food it was absolutely pitiful. My chicken qausadea was completely flat it literally had only 2 pieces of chicken in it. I called them to let the manager know how long I had to wait just to get some trash they call food. I told them I didnt want anything from them I told them they need to have a meeting with their employees and teach them better. Ill never go back.

Worst Taco Bell Ive ever been to. I work close and consistently give them another chance to prove me wrong. 5 times and counting now that Ive waited 25+ minutes for "fast food." Along with that, dont dare leave without checking your order because there is a 11/10 chance that they forgot something, once they get you everything you ordered youll then unwrap your food and notice it always looks like they made it blind folded and dropped it twice. Save yourself the headache and drive another 5 minutes to another location.

This is the worst taco bell period. I cant belive they do not have new management yet. They always run out of random ingredients. One time it was even Beef. How the heck do you run out of beef at a taco bell. And most of the time you get poor customer service. They also close at random times. Never open late. And all ways a super long wait. I wish this location would close down. Makes all taco bells look bad. Get it together. Crap!! Tried to go tonight and they had sign up that said they close at 9pm. Lmao

It was a very long wait. I counted and it took about 20 minutes to get our food and we did not have a complex order. I saw this guy that was waiting forever and all he ordered was nachos and a soft taco. My cheesy rollup had a bunch of tomatoes in it, how hard can it be to put cheese in a tortilla and thats it. Overall, a horrible expieeence. The only reason my review is 1 star is because that is what yhe minimin. I rate it a big fat 0.

I showed up at 9:02pm wanting to place a togo order... Problem is I drive a semi truck and cant fit thru the drivethru and they wouldnt work with me at all to place my order. So apparently my money is no good here. I come thru all of the time but wont be stopping here anymore. A call to the GM will be placed in the morning as well.

Got a Power Bowl, asked for no avocado because I am allergic, handed it to me with guacamole. I explained and pointed out that I cant have avocado, and was told its guacamole not avocado (if no one knows, guac is made from avocado) Would not remake it, Also found hair in my power bowl.

This was the worst experience in drive through ever. Sat in line for 20 mins an then at the window for another 10 on our food. 3 other customers pulled out of drive through and left. They are slow and very inconsiderate. Wont be returning to this one ever again.

Has to be the worst taco bell in existance. Stale shells, rock hard soft tacos.. meat has a seiously bad taste. Think of dog food smell. Thats the taste. Employees a rude and should never be in the service industry. Needs demolished.

Turned out the drive-thru was closed because they had computer malfunctions but there was no sign telling people that you need to walk in otherwise service was great and I would have give him a 5 if it wasnt for that.

The employees was standing around talking, they rung my food up wrong. The Coke was not coke it was diet coke. I had asked for a mountain dew blast and they gave me a cup. When they are suppose to make them.

Food and service were decent. Terrible drink choices. The low rating is because the condition of restaurant dining area was nasty. Every single table was dirty and we had to clean our own.
