As I was picking up my little burger, I noticed a big black hair wrapped around it. It was quite gross, but I didnt get upset. Im aware that accidents happen and so I just went up to ask for another one. The problem was the woman at the counter. She acted like a hairy burger is just an ordinary thing; she didnt even apologize on the restaurants behalf. She didnt say a word to me and forcefully threw my little hairy burger into the waste basket. She replaced my burger, as it was slathered in an abnormally large amount of grease and mustard. I did not enjoy it at all. But mainly, she was very rude!

We wont be coming back. The cashier had a horrible attitude, got our order wrong then argued that we were the ones who made a mistake. We then showed her our receipt, she then gave us our correct drink order with no apology. I didnt receive part of my food order and then the fries were horribly cold /old.

I have always loved Krystal burgers, and our Fort Payne Krystal is great. Same great food, plus a very good, inexpensive breakfast. They give senior citizens a 10% discount and you can get a card stamped for each breakfast you buy and receive a free breakfast when the card is filled.

The food was absolutely horrible! The hamburger was not done, red on the inside when i bit into which made me sick! Fries was cold. The good thing about this visit to Krystals was that the young lady at drive thru was very nice and polite.
