The donuts are made fresh daily and are of good quality. The employees could be more friendly and welcoming, but are still decent. It would be nice if there were a greater variety of donut dough types or types/flavors of donuts. The cream filled are incredibly sweet, rich, and tasty but almost too rich. Go before 9 am if you want very fresh donuts and a variety to choose from. Overall, its a good privately owned donut shop if you want fresh, locally made donuts.

I have been faithful to the Sweet Shop for many years. However, since its reopening this year, it just hasnt been what it used to be . This is basically a comment about the people working there. Today, I went in and was overlooked to another customer. I then stood there while the 2 workers dealt with the 1 customer (that was acknowledged and served before me) while I waited. This may seem minor, but that never happened before. Its just disappointing.

Get there early before they run out. They were down to regular yeast & chocolate yeast donuts and a few cake donuts when I got there around 11 am very moist cake donuts everyone loved them.

Good. Quick. Accept credit cards. Drinks like milk and juice readily available. No half and half for coffee, only milk - not so good for me. I like cream in my coffee.
