Dont shop at this store. The employees are rude (especially YOLANDA) and the supervisors are incompetent. I was called today by a woman who didnt give me her name but, asked me to come in for a interview tomorrow. I called the store back to talk to the "woman". I talked to a gentleman who said he had all the floor supervisor in front of him and no one had called me and I should call New Albany. I called the number that was on my caller ID and it was the Jeffersonville store. Then I told him that she called me to interview for Fashion and/or Cashier. All of a sudden there is another supervisor that he hasnt talked to. He first told me he had talk to all the supervisor that were there today. Then I was put on hold for 5 minutes and no one ever came back to talk to me. I hung up and called back. I talked to this woman named YOLANDA!!! She was the RUDEST, NASTIEST person I have ever talked to in my life. She was suppose to transfer me but, instead cut me off. I returned my call and asked to speak to someone in customer service,I was transferred to Grand Rapids Michigan. I spoke to the lady about my awful experience with "the floor manager who spoke to all his supervisor and told me call New Albany and YOLANDA who was so rude to me it makes me wonder how she treats customers." The lady in Grand Rapids gave off the attitude like she didnt care and transferred me to another guy so I could make a complaint. Long story short he didnt care that his floor supervisor has know idea what is going on in his store or that a woman named YOLANDA who is rude to potential new employees and/or customers. He said "so you dont want to work for us." That is all he heard. Not that he has rude and incompetent employees/supervisors. Also, I was told by this man that YOLANDA the rude woman doesnt work at the service desk. So why is she even answering the phone there.The MAN didnt care. I would love to be able not to give this store any stars because they dont deserve it.

I worked here in 2005-2006, and it seemed that this place and the Kmart that used to be across the street (now a Rural King) was competing for worse run business. Unlike the Clarksville Wal-Mart, which still has dozens of the same employees from when I worked there in 1995-98, this Meijer only has 1-2, so the turnover of employees says a lot. That said, it tends to have cheaper groceries but higher "softlines and hardlines" than Wal-Mart. It is also far less crowded and easier to manuever in at night that Wal-Mart. This is also the smallest Meijer Ive ever been in.

Its an expensive store usually groceries and produce are expensive and higher price then walmart and sams club but quality is great. And sometimes you get the great deals here which you cant find anywhere else. One thing to be aware of is that never buy an electronic product here It will not be returned easily if you dont like it. Like I bought a Samsung tablet on thanks giving day and wanted to return it to get updated one. Couldnt be able to return it.

I only gave 2 stars because finally my question WAS answered.. and happened to be the answer I wanted. But when I called to see about if they cashed payroll checks I was told once yes but only loaded to a a card and I wanted more info so I was transferred, had to ask again and they hesitated and said NO then hung up on me!! I called back got the same lady that answered the first time and was finally informed yes they do and it costs 495.

Checkout forces you to put clean new clothing items onto filthy conveyor staining them before you get the out the door there was no attendant to try to bypass that staining portion of checkout . with only one checker present in A line of lanes as far as the eye can see ( none open ) .the only option of self checkout ( not a fan) or a line of ten customers with overloaded carts neither option is suitable . I. Will not shop here again

I love this place, but its just okay. The one in New Albany is better in every way except convenience to me. The drink machines are often broken down, its hot by the registers, and the produce runs out too fast. On rhe other hand, staff are nice and helpful and you can pick your own package of fresh fish. No red lentils can ever be found here, but they have plenty of ice cream and the occasional jackfruit.

The checkout lanes always have several people waiting in line. Only a few open even when they are busy. You need to check your receipt too. Sale prices do not always ring up right and some cashiers are in such a hurry they ring things up double. I have had to take the last 3 out of 4 receipts back for refunds. Also the cashiers do not know the fruits and vegetables. I had one who thought garlic was eggplant.

My wife and I love this store. We did all of our shopping there till we moved to another state where there was no Meijer. Every time that we have shopped there, we always go fast friendly service and they always had what we were looking foor. Everyone there was just so friendly. I wish that all stores were that way. Even when we visit, Meijer has our business.

I wanted to return a Apple product that I bought and the manager told me Meijer apparently has a contract to not return apple products Or any opened electronics. So I would not recommend buying any electronics from this store because if it ends up being broke or need to be returned They pretty much tell you too bad and to contact the manufacturing company.

Ive been coming here for years. The produce isnt as good as the Krogers nearby, but its still fresher than Sav-a-step and Aldis. Open 24hours and has a lot of stuff I need at night. Dont fall for those people selling you their gift cards in the parking lot. The staff seem helpful and friendly. I hardly have lines here, but I come at night.

Not pleased. I was charged twice on my visa for over 127.00 thats 264.00. I called Ron the manager and he Transfered me to bank card extension which there was no response. Called again to speak to Ron and he Transfered me again. Situation has not been resolved. 1st time shopping there 8/23/16 and last time. I will get my money back.

My previous post was on the New Albany Meijer and everything in that post mostly applies here. This store is just slightly worse than New Albanys all around. Its just not maintained quite as well and the employees and customers arent quite as classy. I gave it 4* and this one 3* but Id give this one 3.75* if I could.

This is my very favorite grocery store!! They have EVERYTHING I need! A beautiful produce selection, awesome deli with lots of selections and a great bakery as well. The pharmacy is staffed with knowledgeable Pharmacists and techs There is always an employee around if I need help with something.

It might have been the time of the day/week that I shopped here that must be the culprit. The vegetable aisles were shabby and the onion bags were on the floor. The cheese and yogurt section was poorly lit. The shopping carts were dirty with flyers from the store that were stoaked wet
