Its just okay. They are pretty to look at, but the flavor is sweeter rather than intense. No matter when I have gone, the donuts have always been cold. I would like to be able to buy some fresh and hot out of the oven, especially the plain or glazed, but it has never happened. They must be "saving" those in the fridge and giving out the older ones when you go when they first open. Maybe they dont realize that some people come just for the ones straight out of the oven. Otherwise frankly I can buy donuts at Kroger or Wal-Mart. They make cinnamon rolls, but NOT pecan sticky buns. I have only found those in Elizabethtown, at Panera Bread, and they could have been fresher.
