This location frequently disappoints. The drive thru service should be convenient, but it never is because your order will be wrong 4 out of 5 times. Also, there is a lot of inconsistency in how your order will be rung up in relation to what does and does not qualify for 99c bakery items. We continue to eat here often despite being regularly disappointed. Ex- $4.99 for a grilled cheese and yogurt kids meal. The grilled cheese is often burnt badly, or served on a half piece of an alternate bread instead of a whole piece of the correct bread listed on the menu which is seriously smaller than it should be and what you are paying for. This would be acceptable if they asked you/informed you first or lowered the price, but they dont. Salads are also inconsistently made with ratios of vegetables and dressings, we have simply given up and just ask for the dressing on the side so it isnt drenched and ruined. I just think for a slightly expensive "fast food" option, when you pay $7+ for a sandwich or salad they should take the time and get it right. The store is clean and the employees are nice, but for some reason they cannot ever really get it all the way together.

Ive become increasingly discontent with the Elizabethtown Panera bread, workers there are rude and make no extra effort too satisfy the customer. On this morning once again Im mind blown that at 11:02am I cant order a breakfast item that I just drove 20 minutes from Fort Knox to get.(they stop serving breakfast at 11am) Different menus for different times are perfectly acceptable business practice BUT when im in line at said time and it takes me 90 seconds to place my order and you tell me you cant serve me breakfast (rudely by Mr. Logan) and essentially turn me away because you offered no comparable solution or genuine care thats when you alienate yet another customer for life. These workers, and I generalize, have been rude to me and my wife several times before in similar situations and I say to management this is completely unacceptable and to hold yourselves accountable. I will be complaining directly to the store and applicable corporation or franchise.

Blah, stale menu.Nothing here that I cant find as good or better at Kroger to pick up ready-made/baked. I can get "artisan" bread at Kroger and some Private Selection soup and assemble my own bread bowl with European cheese in 2 minutes! Ditto the coffee! I havent seen pecan sticky buns anywhere in town except Panera, but I dont need them for anything and the prices have always been too high.

The food is always amazing and so filling. The only issue Ive had was with their app. They obviously hurried through our order more than a couple times, once even leaving my fiances entire sandwich out. The manager, however, did make it right. We just dont use the app anymore and always double or triple check our order if we take it to go.

I love eating here. The food is delicious and is ready very quickly. My only complaint is the self-service kiosks are in a weird location the makes you feel like your crowding an already crowded location. The overall flow is awkward as you will find yourself crowded while walking or ordering.

I dont usually review places like Panera, but this experience was exceptional. I ordered the steak and white cheese panini and I wasnt informed about the onions or horse radish but upon noticing my less than happy reaction, the manager made me a new one. Great place to eat.

Broccoli cheese bread bowl, yum. And a cherry pastry for dessert. Lovely. Good service, good food, and a comfortable atmosphere where you dont feel rushed if you want to sit and enjoy your food and hang out and work on your laptop.

I havent been disappointed when I eat there. I enjoy the 99cent bakery item that you can have added to your meal. I like the free Wi-Fi access and the fireplace. We have always had good service when we have eaten there.

Great product. Food is excellent, espresso is always well made. Lines are short and quick, and the prices are high like every other panera bread ever made. Its worth the extra buck for quality fast food.

Yesterday I paid $8 for chicken Alfredo tortellini and got home to eat my meal only to see there was no chicken in it. The only thing they seem to get right most of the time is my chai tea latte.

Staff is very friendly and polite. After a first sip of my latte , responded with a satisfied, " ahhhh"!!! " Thats the good stuff"! Was able to relax and use my computer. Love going there.

The food was good like panera bread food is. We had to wait for quite awhile for our 2 Caffè lattes. Somehow the order got lost i guess. And it wasnt even during a busy time.

Good place for lunch or breakfast. Only knock is limited seating. For whatever reason people camp out with their laptops during the peak hours. Seating is very limited.

Inside in desperate need of cleaning..Dead bugs on window sill , carpet needs serious cleaning. Tables not clean have to clean your own to sit down..

Can you believe there is no dark roast left at all to brew and both light roasts are out. Been waiting 15 minutes for a coffee to go with our meal
