Terrible service!!!! We were seated at 5:50. The server(Amanda) came and took our drink order and brought them back in about 5 mins. Took about another 10 minutes or so to take our order. We then waited about 45 minutes to receive our food. Once we received our food it was cold. We told the server and she then got the manager( Jackie). She offered to reheat our food. We accepted the offer only because our 5 yrs old was hungry and whinging to eat. After they brought our reheated food back out, it was semi-warm. We ate and waited on the server to bring our check and by this time it was 7:15. The Manger took 20% off our check. ($9.00) So it took an hour 1/2 before we were ready to leave and we were never offered a refill on our drinks. They should have comped our meal or at least half. Waste of our $25 Christmas gift card! Needless to say we more than likely wont be back and will complain to the corporate office. Save your self the trouble and go to Texas Roadhouse, better service and prices!!!

Good food and good service at this chain steakhouse. Good: While I would have to say the prices were 10-15% higher than the competition in this market, the taste of the food was 25% better... making it an overall better value. Everyone in my party thought the their entree was great. The service was just right. Now, its been ten years since my last visit... I was pleased to see a good selection of seafood items now on the menu. Caution: Like any good restaurant, it gets crowded. With the exception of a few seats just inside the door, your wait at peak times will be long and you will be waiting outside. This is great in the summer.... horrible in the winter. Again, I hadnt visited in a decade. I was please with the visit... I dont plan on letting ten years pass again.

I have been severely disappointed twice now. The first time I ordered the pork porterhouse well done and it came to me raw and cold in the center. Tonight, they brought out my food minus the mashed potatoes. The server told me he would bring it out right away. That never happened. I had to ask for them. By the time they came out I was finished with my main course. The bartender was too busy on her phone to notice the bar all around me was filthy and disgusting. She continually put away dirty plates and glasses and then handled the clean dishes without washing her hands!! WTF, has customer service and sanitary condition gone out the window???

Best Steak, Great Value, AWESOME STAFF! We visited after a long day at Kentucky Kingdom (3 female adults with 4 young kids). The service and staff was amazing, our appetizer came out quickly and was the best Bloomin Onion weve ever had! 3 of us ordered Steaks and all 3 ways we asked them to be cooked were PERFECT! Everything was fresh and beyond delicious. We would come back to this location every time guaranteed. Highly recommend the sirloin (6 or 8 oz) as it was better than the filet Ive ordered at other "fine dining steakhouses". This Outback is the best!!!

All was great until the bartender said we could take our beer on the porch to smoke. As we proceeded to the front w our beers the hostess decided to yell at us, embarrassing my whole group in front of the entire restaurant about us taking our drinks. I asked to speak to the manager & waited. He never showed to take our complaint or anything. Food was great however being treated like a thief or criminal when we were doing exactly what we were informed was fine made it all not worth the money or time spent there.

If I could give a zero I would. It took 20 mins after ordering to get a draft beer. It took 45 mins to bring my appetizers. And they were cold. Brought out side salad without silverware. After an hour I got up to leave still no food. Restaurant was not busy! And no tissue paper in the restroom. Horrible service. I will drive to Indiana next time I want outback. Worst dining experience I have had in quiet some time. Top 5 worst of all time.

Call ahead seating at this location is a joke. I called ahead 45 minutes in advance. Checked in and was told 5-10 minutes. Waited 30 minutes and checked on status and was told 5-15 more minutes. 30 minutes later I checked again and they couldnt even find my name on their list!! Not very organized. The service left a lot to be desired too. Food was pretty good but not worth the wait and service.

Salmon was outstanding. Have had better Prime Rib sandwiches at Texas Roadhouse & Longhorn Steakhouse. Service was INCREDIBLY slow (not the servers fault). Called ahead for seating, when we got there, they had record of me on the list!! Fortunately we were still able to be seated, but that could have been majorly disappointing. Regardless, wed go there again.

If could give them a zero i would. Worst dining experience i have had in years. Food and service were beyond bad. Had to seat ourselves, waited and waited for silver ware, server was rude, food was terrible and still we still paid for some of our food because that is just the kind of people are. Tables sat dirty the whole time we were there. Just a shame.

T he new york strip was cooked just right. We did not realize how late it was and we were still there at 9:20 when they closed at 9. They were polite and put up with us. Sorry guys we kept you busy past closing time. We were having a good time and lost track of time. We appreciate your patience and will not be " that guy" or "those people" again. Thanks

I Visit this outback 2 to 3 times per week. I drive about 35 minutes one way. They treat me and my family like we are part of their family. We look forward to our trips here every week. The food is great. I would recommend this outback to anyone. If your looking for a great meal with great customer service this is the place to come.

Service was aweful, and the food was so salty that I could barely taste my meal. Ordered the parmesan rice and it was caked with salt, as well as my steak. Cook obviously doesnt know how to season - I hope they start hiring different management - this probably the worst experience I ever had at this location. Very disappointed! ):

At this location last week ordered the Filet and Lobster Special When meals arrived the Filets were 1/2" thick Sirlions Seriously?? When questioned Server stood by them being Filets and charged for Filets!! Took a pic of meal Cant fig how to post Big rip off and dry SIRLOIN Never will we go to Outback! Too many better restaurants

Waited 10 minutes for a server to acknowledge us. Waited 20 minutes for overcooked cheese fries. Server never came back. He sat in booth with another customer talking nascar. With nothing to drink, he finally showed up with check. Place was deserted on Saturday night, we should have known. Never again.

This was absolutely the best meal I have EVER had at an Outback. My ribeye was cooked precisely as ordered (medium rare plus) and was very tender and flavorful. Try the Strawberry Peach Sangria if you want a refreshing cocktail. The service was incredible as well. Ask for Roberto, he rocks!
