This review is in relation to the new Roosters on Bardstown Rd in Louisville, there was no site for them yet! And they actually get ZERO stars, but this app makes you touch a star to even begin the post. We visited the New Roosters on Bardstown Rd in Louisville KY. It was the most horrible experience in my life! They were slow, incompetent, rude, rasist and uncaring! The service was pathetic when we voiceed concerns to management they were just as bad! We interacted with 3 separate managers all 3 together couldnt produce one good team member! This Roosters is Aweful, Aweful half of the staff was dirty, dressed tacky, looked as if they were using drugs!!! Again Aweful, Aweful me and my family will never visit that location ever again and will be informing others to stay away! Im baffled how a brand new establishment could be so BAD from beginning to end not one employee or manager understand what good customer service or customer satisfaction meant! Tacky is the best way to describe this location!

I had been to this location several times with the family. Food and service was on par with other places and the wings are, in my opinion, better than average. They have a variety of choices for heat level and even a few non-standard sauces. Ive not tried their hottest sauce, but the next step down does not burn to the extent that you either cant eat more than one or two, or that you cant really taste anything but burn after the first several wings. They have an appetizer called dumpster fries which consists of a base of curly fries, steak fries, or tater tots, then pretty much every normal topping that might go with potatoes: cheese, bacon crumbles, diced onion, jalapeno, diced tomatoes, etc. I had gotten it several times before, first because the name and then because it was awesome, but this last time the portion seemed significantly smaller. That may have been because it was just my son and myself, but thats not cool if that was the case.

A terrible place to eat. First of all, we had to walk through a cloud of smoke from the employees outside, then we were seated by some doped out waitress. Second, the atmosphere seemed like a place about to close down. There were plenty of t.v.s to watch games and fights on. Our table was right near some window where we could see the kitchen. More dope heads mostly. The worst part was some older employee was clearly hitting on some girl who looked to be 15 at best. The food was ok. The bar was ok, pleasant bartender, and ok looking. Maybe we went at the wrong time, but we wont be going back to find out. If you want descent food and better looking women, id try Hooters.

OUR FIRST AND LAST VISIT TO THIS PLACE.... IT WAS ONE OF THE WORST PLACES WE HAVE ATE AT IN A LONG TIME.. THEY BROUGHT US THE WRONG WINGS AND WHEN THEY CORRECTED THEY WHERE BURNT SO BAD AND HAD NO SEASON TASTE AT ALL.. VERY BAD DIDNT EVEN FINISH HALF OF THEM. THE FRIES WHERE NOT DONE AND COLD HAD TO RETURN THEM THE CHICKEN CAESER SANDWHICH HAD LITTLE CHICKEN AND ALOT OF GREEN.. ANYWAY TRUST ME DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.. ALSO PLACE WAS VERY DIRTY AND WHEN I WENT TO RESTROOM TWO KITCHEN STAFF WHERE INSIDE AND AFTER USING RESTROOM NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO WASH HANDS. I TOLD WATRESS AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD INFORM THEM TO WASH HANDS....

Really good wings and a very nice selection of sauces. The wings are all you want from them: meaty and tasty. Prices are fair and the service is quick and friendly. Lets be honest though it is a direct competitor to Hooters. The layout is almost exactly like Hooters but the waitresses do have a little more on so this might be a plus if that concerns you. At first I was not that impressed with them but then I tried them out again and it was much better experience. Overall now this is probably my go too for wings in the area.

We visited on a week night with a small group of friends and the place wasnt all that busy. There was about 8 of us and we had pretty bad service even though our server was extremely friendly and helpful. A few of the orders werent quite right, everyones fries were very cold, we waited forever on our food, etc. I would go back again because their wings are delicious but others in our group left much unhappier than I did.

Feels like a "Hooters". Nice place with plenty of seating and TVs and every angle. People love the wings... I hear. Personally, I go for their personal-size pizzas and their Greek Salad... love that salad.... probably THE best Greek salad to come from a chain restaurant. Dont go out of your way for this place, but if in the neighborhood and hungry, dont hesitate to stop in. Food and service are good.

Every single time we order they forget crackers for the salad even after being asked. We ordered salads and they put the dressing on the salads. Anyone in the food industry knows you dont put dressing on to go salads. This has happened over and over. Tired of calling to complain so our office just wont order take out from roosters anymore.

The service was very slow even though there was no crowd. The wings were very large and looked great!... the only problem was that they didnt live up to their reputation at all... the medium wings had zero flavor and had an enormous amount of grease in the sauce. Overall it was a terrible lunch, I will never return.

Roosters is just a better version of Buffalo Wild Wings. Their sauces are pretty incredible and the wings are twice as big as what most restaurants offer. They also recently got HD channels so that makes a big difference for sporting events. Staff is always friendly and the dumpster fries/tots are incredible.

Food was adequate. Wing sauce reminded me of another chains sauce. Salads were great. "Award winning chili" was more beans than meat. Not the best chili I have tried. Adequate draft beer selection, bit could improve by adding more craft beers. Prices are fantastic for food and beverages

A very nice place to eat or drink. The waitresses are friendly and attentive. The food selection is normal bar fair, but fixed fresh and quickly. The resturant (including the rest rooms) is very clean and well maintained. There is ample televisions for viewing any sports event.

Nice location, but there waitresss have always been very personable. The food appetizers you have to try their Fried Pickles. Now you have the option to enjoy there chicken wings or fish sandwich or all their other goodies they have on their menu. So Enjoy it with you friends.

Love the food. Dislike the staff. They dont acknowledge the customers. If you are just getting food to go, I suggest its worth it. Just make sure you pay attention to if your food is brought to the front counter. The girls are more worried about their texts than cold food.

Worst service ever, we waited to get our order taken for 20 minutes, after grabbing someone they said it was ok for us to wait. The waitress came and didnt apologize for her bad service, showed no sympathy, they werent even busy, time was 3:30pm. Will not come back here.

must of went on an off night , there was not a hostess on duty , waited 20 min to be acknowledged and 20 more to be seated, 10 more before waitress arrived........we were there 2 hours.....wont happen again; however the food was good and the wings were great.
