Amazing food, fast service, and fun atmosphere. I make it a fun weekly trip every Thursday for lunch with a few co-workers and we always have a great time. The only downside is it is truly a hit and miss with your service. 90% of the time Ive had a truly great host, but times like this last time we came, they were so busy but were understaffed. Now the 15-Minute Lunch deal is the best thing ever. (Order and make it to your table in 15 or less or its free) honestly it brings a bunch more people to the place in my opinion. We play our chances and usually its out in minutes, but Ive ran into those understaffed days several times and had to wait a bit longer. With this in place, Im perfectly alright with. Street Tacos are amazing!!

Went in a couple weeks ago to meet a good friend for some Sunday Night football. Bottom line...BEST server Ive ever had at a Bdubbs. Im from Oregon and hit about every Buffalo Wild Wings on my drive across the country (catching college/NFL games and UFC fights). I normally get good to great service everywhere...but this dude (Cody) was exceptional and you could tell he LOVED his job. They should give him a raise or make him a manager because that kind of commitment to customer service is RARE in this world today. I should know...I hire/train/fire for a living. And you simply cant train that level of "passion" into someone. You either have it or you dont. Oh yeah...the wings were great and the beer was cold, too!

The manager WINSTON WHO WORKS NIGHTS AT BW3 IN CLARKSVILLE ON VETERANS PARKWAY SHOULD BE PROMOTED!!!!!! I ORDERED 40 WINGS DROVE 18 MILES BACK HOME AND I HAD NO SAUCES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE 2 TO 3 8 OZ ÇUPS OF RANCH AN BLUE CHEESE BUT INSTEAD OF GETTING 20 LITTLE BITTY CUPS WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN GENEROUS OF JORDAN THE GIRL TAKING THE ORDER AND REASSURING MY HUSBAND THEY WERE IN THE BAG BEFORE HE LEFT BW3S...... HOWEVER THE MANAGER WAS KIND AND COURTEOUS REPLACED ORDER ENTIRELY!!!!! WITHIN 12 MINUTES AFTER SPEAKING TO HIM . GREAT EMPLOYEE ! GREAT MANAGER! Not a place to bring your family to eat. Especially if you value good food and service. Damn near have to go make your own drink to get a refill. So to Mr John Bessinger ( district manager) , I would recommend better hiring practices and policies. The primary managers of this store Daniel and Kevin let manager in training "Cody" handle matter on the phone. Needs more training in customer service. looks like all need a lesson in customer service and customer satisfaction. Will spend my money elsewhere in the future.. Word of mouth goes a long way

The service stinks! I was with a party of 6. We were told it would be at least a 15 wait. Thats fine but when a table becomes available and the host sees it and knows the party has been waiting 30 minutes wouldnt you think it would be cleared quickly? I waited 7 minutes and then found the manager to complain. These people need to take a clue from the best bw3 on bethel road in Columbus Ohio! Absolutely no comparison. Service is bad every time I come to this place. Id go to another one but dont want to drive to Louisville

This is a place for football not "hey lets just go here for kicks." at the time of my visit it seemed like they were understaffed and were overwhelmed with everyone. Because of this I received service that would be on par with a "meh" day at a Taco Bell. The food seemed okay, Im not to big of a fan of the burger I had. It was just like a Whopper Jr. from BK. Now If your sole purpose in life is football then yea GO HERE, but I am but a Plebeian who likes the shadows of my house.

We usually visit twice a month. Although we dont come for the sports aspect, the atmosphere is nice. Even when the parking lot is packed there is usually seating in the bar area if everyone in your group is over 21. All the waiters in the bar area are awesome. It can get pretty loud at times, but it is to be expected anytime you visit a sports bar.

Hair in food. Food made wrong. Cheese tasted funny. Told manager he said cheese was suppose to taste like that and the hair was not a big deal just pull it out and bam its all fixed. We didnt eat another bite. Just paid and left. Never will be back. Only gave them 2 stars cause the mountain dew tasted perfect. But yuck on everything else.

I found the selection of chicken wings to be outstanding. Food quality was excellent but the service was sub par. Had to wait several times to just get a beer refill. But the Sam Adams served in that tall ornate glass was worth it. Overall expensive and a noisy busy place to be on a Friday night but would go again.

Boneless wings were hard and tasted like they fried frozen ones, found bone and other stuff in them . Onion rings again frozen. Kinda sad cause this was once a pretty good place to eat. Waitress was great, everyone was friendly. Got order in 9 minutes...about how long it takes frozen chicken pieces to fry.

Extremely loud, and I emphasize that. It is a sports bar, but Ive never been in such a small place that had this kind of volume. The food wasnt worth the high price I paid- it wasnt bad, just I didnt see the value in what I paid for. Wait staff was very informed of what was available at least.

Good food and service if you get a good crew for that night dont go on game days or when its crowded or youll never get your food or itll be wrong the only reason I gave 3 stats is because they messed up our order 4 times before we just paid and left with the wrong order

It was Fathers day and my family went to eat there. They forgot about our order, took 1 1/2 hours to get our food and it all came cold. I would say the place is to overwelmed during holidays, and I would not recommend going here on a holiday or probably any other day.

Food was good, as always, but why have a 15 minute lunch or free guarantee if you have another server come over and turn the timer off once its up so your server doesnt notice? I dont care to pay for my meal, but why have a promo if you dont follow it?

It was great. Service was everything we expected. The wife and my son and U ordered from the 15 minute lunch menu. The street tacos and the southwest Philly were great. Even better was that it came in 16 minutes so we ate for free!

Best wings youll ever eat! A million different sauces to choose from, and you can try them all first. All different sports games in, so youre bound to see something you want to watch. Great atmosphere! Great service!

Staff not helpful. Very robotic. Took forever to get food. Everyone came in after got theirs first. Server was not really alert. Had to keep looking for her. Wont be back anytime soon. Loud and too many games on tvs.
