I went to Bdubs off of Westport Rd today for lunch and they were struggling to say the least. 1. Our server didnt come to even say hi until 10 mins after Id been sitting there (dad showed up 5 mins after me)...because she thought I was there for an interview (lol!) I was seated in a booth by the host, closest to the front door, waiting on dad. 2. When she did come and get our drink and appetizer order she proceeded to tell us they were out of carrots and some other stuff lol (the carrot part becomes important later). We both ordered waters and I asked for fried pickles WITH ranch NOT southwestern sauce. 3. I got pickles with southwestern sauce 4. She came back to get our orders, offered carrots or celery as a side option for the wings -- thank goodness dad asked for celery or she might have had to apologize for forgetting they were out of carrots 5. Dad asked for onion rings instead of fries...she offered him a better deal to order separately (for whatever reason) the fries and wings...wait did she say fries? He was also asked if he wanted blue cheese or ranch with his wings. He asked for blue cheese. I ordered an original chicken wrap, crispy with honey mustard. 6. After she walked away, she turned back and asked if I wanted ranch on my wrap. I said no, that was for the pickles I didnt get. Honey mustard please. 7. Food arrives...dad gets southwestern sauce with his wings. I get a chicken wrap WITH NO CHICKEN!!!!

I tried this location several times but everytime is the same experience. Wings never taste fresh. I stay in a hotel nearby a lot for work and when I order carry out.. They always say 20 min instead of 10 to 15 like others rest.. I think they r trained to say that. However, If u get there in 20 min U ll b eating cold wings. Last time I order, today, I had one item missing in my bag n didnt realize till I got back to my hotel. The girl that answered the phone at FIRST said no u didnt order potato wedges I said it was included in the kids meal I ordered THEN she said MY HOST CHECKED the bag n everything was there. Really??????!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

We came in around three hoping for clear space and quicker food. We didnt have complex orders and it took fourty five minutes from ordering to get our cold food. Flavors where fine but not great but bww is a place for friends drinks and wings so I wasnt dissapointed in the food. Had the black bean burger which tasted great but i wish it had been fresher. A family came in after we ordered and still got their food about twenty minutes before us. Absolutely dissapointed. I would rather go to a different bww. I have worked in food service and understand its frustrating but its no excuse for poor service.

I really enjoy sports and food. Which is what this place is all about. So I frequent this BWW since it is close to my house. However the food service here is extremely slow. Sometimes it can take up to 30 minutes just to receive an appetizer. Also, the big screen needs to be updated. It is very dim and hard to see from across the room.

Cant even rate the service! We were seated for 15 minutes and not one person acknowledged us. Waitstaff was standing around chatting with each other and the restaurant was practically empty. Also, flies everywhere and sticky menus and table and filthy bathrooms. Do not recommend, this place sucks monkey lips.

This is supposed to be a family oriented place yet they let these idiots hang out in the waiting area cussing and creating havoc. Instead of asking them to leave, the employees are giving them high fives... because theyre all friends! Never coming back here again! And I waited WAY too long for my wings

Love this b.dubs!!! I come here a few times a month and my food has always been fresh and great!! I can say that maybe 1 time i had to wait a long time for my food, but hey at least it was hott and fresh when i got it!! They was also pretty busy so to me, it was completely understandable!!

This used to be one of my favorite BW3s before they moved locations. The new location feels really cluttered, and always seems excessively loud even for a sports bar. There isnt much to separate it from other BWs at this point. I would recommend the Middletown location over this one.

Waited an hour and 15 for food after placing order with server. I come here about once a month and this is the first time Ive been this disappointed. It would be different if the server was checking up with the kitchen about our food but she wasnt. Very dense.

The most unprofessional staff I have ever seen. All the servers hanging out at the front of the store screaming and cursing. Slapping with towels and saying racial slurs. Plus my food was wrong. Something needs to change if they want my business!!!

worst experience at a buffalo wild wings. sitting at the bar for 20 (!!!!) min waiting for that dude. he was talking to somebody at the other end of the bar. i dont care if he does it but for 20 min, seriously?? no tip for him i guess

Wings are good but when you have to pick up your own drink from the bar and wait an hour for your food it leaves a little to be desired.... Sitting here waiting still. Not very happy.... Happens all the time here. They NEED more cooks!

If you cant handle a crowd then dont offer a special. I have never seen such a awful display of poor management, poor customer service, and poor handling of an obvious disaster. I will NEVER eat at a B Dubs again.

Long wait to order, then another long wait for food. Drinks come faster, though (hmm). Great place to watch the game, and it is family friendly. Too big for personal service. Forgot sauce, xtra plates, etc..

My food was cold and the fries were old. The waitress said they were making us fresh food. When I complained about the order, she didnt wont to give me a refill on my pepsi. Terrible overall!!!

Longest wait for take out. 20 minutes means 1 hour. Order was taken and received incorrectly. 75% of the food was cold by the time I received it. It will be a long time before I ever go back.

No hostess greet. Sat at the bar for 45 minutes with no food. Got it to go, then found that it was wrong. Dont go here if you have to get back to work. Heck, just dont go here at all.
