Before I start- The food is good & the waitresses and waiters are friendly. As for the 1 star Im giving is all because out of the last 3 times we have done call ahead seating(which we know is not a reservation) The hostess has out right lied. Let take last night for instance, (5:15pm) We called ,She ask how many people we had? Reply was 4 adults and 2 children , She asked how long before we got there? Reply was 15 mins at the most. She said we can seat you as soon as you arrive.-We arrive at this location @ 5:25pm , I approached the check in stand and gave them the name it was reserved under only the be told it would be 30-35 minute wait even with call ahead seating. When I tried to explain what was said on phone ,They started saying that they lost power and were backed up. Why when we arrived only 10 minutes later are we being given a 30-35 min time frame to be seated, Even if they did lose power(it must of flickered) , She could have said something when I called & if it happen within the 10 mins from the call was placed , Which I doubt they would not had be 30-35 mins behind. I guess they train the staff to lie just so you dont take your business elsewhere .. So tired of their lies. Time to find somewhere else to eat . Sorry to ramble on. Just dont expect the truth if you do call ahead seating(Which is a joke)

Where to start.... well we did the call ahead, they told us it would be a 25-30 min wait.. gave them our names.. then they turned around aND asked us when we were going to be there... so anyways when we got there they said it would be 15 Mins which was ok because its a call ahead not a reservation, but we only ended up waiting 5 mins. Our waitress was good and very friendly, but the food was so horrible.. it literally tasted like some one poured salt all over it. the food actually made me sick. I maybe took two bites... we complained about it and they only offered to give us a voucher for our next meal there. Which I am almost 100 percent sure I am not going back. I would not in anyway recommend to anyone unless I wanted to kill them with salt and stupid people. Id rather go Anywhere else.

A pleasant surprise in Fern Creek. I have been to Aspen Creek maybe ten times now. Each time I have experienced great people, very good food and a good time. It is difficult to find a truly well run restaurant these days. Typically youll get the chain run restaurants that seldom are focused on your overall experience or a small independent that is struggling to find their identity. Neither of these exist at Aspen Creek. Managers and servers (have not met any of the folks in the kitchen) are outgoing and professional, at the same time real people. Food is well above average and unexpectedly inexpensive. If you are in the area, do yourself a favor, and go experience what I have at Aspen Creek.

THIS PLACE IS EXCELLENT !!!!! My other half and I always love to try out new restaurants and this place is unbelievable. The food was absolutely amazing along with everything else including the service and the atmosphere. We went on a Thursday night around 6 or 7 and this place was packed, however we were seated right away. They had everything from beef to seafood. Their best seller was a side dish of a sweet potato casserole and it was the most delicious thing I have ever put in my mouth. My taste buds went crazy. I cant think of any place that would beat this restaurant and it is a must to visit there one night. The price isnt that bad either. No complaints here and I recommend it to everybody.

Hi....9/27/14 @7 PM, we called ahead and only waited less than 5 minutes, Waitress was great (Chelsey),Only thing wrong, son ordered a salad and brought it with tomatos, No big deal, everything came out hot and tasty, the best thing of all was my husbands steak he ordered, it melted in his mouth, we all tried it and it had the best taste ever, we went to tx roadhouse last week and there steak was nothing like the one he had tonight, service was great, food delicious, thanks for great service, another i liked was the other workers all volunteer to help remove the plates offer refills and get whatever we needed, thank you for the great service and food, we will definitely come back,

@sgtbobmcgee, funny how you say that i put in an application numberous times,and i get shut down from them,i have all the serving skills they need and can teach then young girls a few things or two......i wasnt really sure but i thought thats why i was having a hard time getting on there.....it really sucks,i have a family to take care of and this is not the only place iv ran across that are like this.....not that im trashy looking fat or a dirtbag,just a little older than the servers they are hiring there....

This is one of our favorite places to go out on a date for a special occasion. The food is delicious and moderately priced, and the service is always incredibly friendly and attentive. I love the ambiance, and he restroom decor is completely unexpected and unlike no other restaurant. Their deep fried cheesecake is one of the most worthwhile desserts out there! The choice of seating could be better, because weve taken my disabled mother here before and she had a hard time sitting comfortably.

The menu offers a lot of traditional choices that one would find at a chain steakhouse. Good: Decent food choices, very well priced (a buck or two less than other popular chain steakhouses in the area), and a clean, attractive restaurant. Bad: Nothing major, but I did lower my rating just a bit because food has been a bit greasy lately.... maybe just way too much butter. Overall, its a good deal eating here. Most will find something he/she likes at a good price.

Goodness, this place is wonderful! Like Cheddars, they pride themselves on customer turnover. You go in, you get your drinks in a minute or so, apps within 5 minutes of ordering, and your entree literally almost on top of it. I have gone in there on a super busy night and left within 45 minutes. They are that good. And the food is so good! Also, the menu is extremely varied so that picky eater wont have an opportunity to complain.

Had a bad experience the first time I went although I dont remember what dish I had. I gave them a second chance and since then, its been really good food. I usually order the ribs and theyre fantastic. You get loads for your money (their half rack is closer to a full rack) and sides to boot. Its reasonably priced compared to similar restaurants. Wait times can be a little long at peak times so call ahead seating is a must.

Food was delicious, Atmosphere wonderful, and staff knows what "customer-service" means. The prices were very, very affordable. We learned about Aspen Creek through Groupon and gave it a try. We and our best friends experienced a "5-STAR" rated restaurant. The appetizers were sensational and we were very impressed with everything lending itself to a very enjoyable evening for the four of us.
