The workers dont care about customer service when it comes to carry out orders. I complained about stuff missing sour of several carry out orders I made and explained I wanted them to make sure i get what Im supposed to. I was going to place another order and as soon as I started to talk the woman working the front desk turns around walks away and goes to help customers on the floor. Arent there waiters and waitresses for that? So I turned around and walked out because of the disrespect. Then I call the manager and explain all this to him and he acts like he doesnt care and is not giving me customer service either. I told him you dont treat customers this way and you dont run a business this way. He just didnt care about satisfying the customer. Needless to say I will never go back to sr iguanas again. It used to be my favorite place to go but my money now goes to the competition. Sorry sr iguanas you dont care about your customers so Ill never spend my money there again.

I called Senor Iguanas and arranged for a catered lunch (the Taco Bar) for 24 people. Our food arrived on time and was set up in an orderly manner to include plates, napkins, and an ample supply of utensils. Absolutely everything we could possibly need, we received. As usual, I heard nothing but compliments regarding the food, especially the fresh taste. I have relied upon Senor Iguanas several times for office meetings for groups of 12 to 24. The office staff has never been disappointed and is always happy to find out that the Taco Bar is on the menu. The amount of food we receive allows big portions for everyone and the quality of the food is so much better than other similar restaurants in town. We love Senor Iguanas and a big thank you to Jorge for delivering another great meal!!

We love the Senor Iguanas in Clarksville Indiana. So while we were out today (Sunday 2pm) we decided to stop by the location on Shelbyville Rd. We placed our order and had to wait an extended time for the food to be served. My son and I ordered Pepsi and they were not kept full. My wife ordered a margarita and had finished it awhile before our waitress came around to check on us. When the food came the waitress forgot my wifes side of lime, but never returned so that we could remind her. My wife ordered another margarita when the food was served but we had to cancel it as we had to wait too long and were almost finished eating and she had t brought it yet. So overall the food was still good but the service today at this location was way below their normal excellence.

This was my favorite place to eat Mexican food but the service is horrible. I hadnt been here for a while and we came in on a Saturday.(only 3 tables taken in the whole place) First ordered queso and tea. (Chips were like they were out of the bottom of the bin) Never saw the server for about 15 minutes. Had to go find him and ask him for mild salsa. He came back with a tomato liquid with ice and pieces of lettuce. I found another server because yet again he disappeared. She came back and said it will take a few minutes. After 10 additional minutes he finally came back to take our order and we asked for the check and left. We will go to another place before going back here.

Not only was the food good, but we were there until closing, and I left my phone in the bathroom. It wasnt until I got home that I realized what I had done, but they were already closed. Sadly, in todays world, I had little hope of seeing it again. But when I called the next day, the told me they had my phone and I could come get it. I dont know those wonderful ladies names, but if you are reading this, you know who you are. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.....GOD BLESS YOU.

Señor Iguanas was very good. Its much like Los Aztecas or Sol Aztecas. The portion sizes are good, and the pricing is very fair. The restaurant looked clean, but the colors they used give off a dirty feeling, however its nothing to complain about. The service was excellent and very fast. If you like Mexican food, make sure to stop by here sometime.

The food here wasnt all that great, kind of bland. The service wasnt all that great either, they didnt check on us but once. And I had my baby with me. They gave me dirty looks because she would squeal when she ate a bit by herself. Overall, I wont be going back. Mind you, this is just this location. . .

Service is horrible. This place used to be awesome. They just seemed out of sync tonight. Food was lukewarm and I was there for 10 mins before I even placed a drink order The table next to me seem to be having all kinds of issues. Not sure if new management or just an off night, but not happy.

Love. So much love. One of my most favorite places to eat in Louisville! I have visited 3 of the 5 locations and the service has been consistently amazing at each and the food is always delicious! Very impressed at the consistency of a great experience!

The service was not very good. We were never offered refills on anything. The prices are high overall. The order was wrong on my food and a friend did not get part of his order right before we left. We will not be returning.
