Are you visiting Lexington & want to try a great local place that is Kentucky proud? Check Bradford BBQ out! If you love all of Kentuckys favorites from a cold bottled Ale-8, a bag of grippos, crank & boom ice cream, a good ole fashion Moonpie to... of course GREAT BBQ . This place is for you!!! I love the 3 BBQ sampler sandwiches because each one has a different meat option, topped with great coleslaw ( Im not even a fan of slaw until now), & you have 3 sauces to add to these awesome sandwiches . (I recommend the smokey sauce) The atmosphere is homey & the decor is extremely cute with outdoor seating surrounded by flowers. Another thing that makes this place awesome & sets it apart from other BBQ places is that they have a drive thru. I strongly recommend this place for the great local BBQ experience!!!

I am looking at all of these 4-5 star reviews and wondering if I happened to go on "off days" both visits. The first time I had the brisket sandwich, and while there was a lot of meat on it, it was very very dry even with sauce. The mac and cheese is a whole lot of noodle and pepper and very little cheese and flavor. Second visit was exactly the same only with pork sandwich. The green beans and the potato salad however, are very good! The staff is very nice and friendly and its a very clean place. Maybe the meat is better at certain times of day? I am not saying dont go here, just go in knowing what you might get.

This is absolutely the best BBQ restaurant in Lexington! I get the "taco trio," which is a sample of all three of their main pork and chicken sandwiches on a soft tortilla. This option lets you try all of their meat options without all the bread! It is always delicious and gives a great idea of all of the food that they have! Also, their potato salad and green beans as sides were incredible. Overall, I would suggest stopping in to try their BBQ to anyone! They are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and are very family friendly!!!

Small menu, small building, but flavor and service that is bigger than I could have ever imagined! When I first walked in, I was greeted by the friendly and helpful workers. Felt like we had been friends for years! Wonderful personalities. Food is amazing. Some of the best BBQ I have had, especially in Lexington. So many perfect reviews certainly do explain it. Ill be telling all of my friends and family about this place!

Best BBQ in town! My favorite is the 3 Taco sampler. I got to try 3 different BBQs with a different slaw on each which also meant I got to pick 3 of their homemade BBQ sauces. All the food was made fresh that day AND they serve Crank & Boom ice-cream as well!!! I noticed google has their hours listed incorrectly. They are open Monday thru Saturday 11-7.

Trying to find good BBQ on south end went in for lunch and carried out a pork sandwich and a beef brisket sandwich. Pork was good although a little light on smoke; Although get a good amount of beef on the sandwich it was very dry and tough. No moisture at all. Not a sauce person so this was a disappointment and at the price for brisket will not try again.

Bradford BBQ is absolutely delicious BBQ made fresh and local! My favorite item from their menu is the pulled pork sandwich with their homemade sweet sauce, along with some of their mac and cheese. We went there on the day my son graduated 5th grade. He wanted some bbq, we ordered the big plate + ribs and some sides. We ate everything that was on the plate. It was so good and my daughter said the Mac and cheese was the best one she ever had. The beer was great too in the icy cold glass. Owner was nice and friendly. We cant wait to come back.

While the food is great they are always closed when I stop by these days. A facility that runs out of food so fast wont be around too long. I have given up bothering. Dropping by is no longer an option. They need an active app website to say when they have closed up shop for the day.

Fantastic BBQ! Tried the Taco Sampler and my wife the Sliders and it was delicious all 3 ways but our favorite being the Kalua Pig w/Slaw. The owner served us and was friendly and informative. The location is cozy and clean and we will definitely be coming back for more.
