I was impressed with the BBQ here. It is hard and almost impossible to impress me with BBQ because I make the best BBQ anywhere. However this place is almost as good as mine. They pile the food on you here. I am a huge BBQ fan and eater and it take a lot of fill me up and I had to leave a lot left on my plate here so it was well worth the money and then some. Most the time BBQ is a little on the $$$ side but I was surprised this place wasnt as expensive as I thought it would be since I head so many good things about it. This location was clean, the wait staff was friendly to me and the person I was with at the time. I really enjoyed this place and have no one small thing to say bad about. I would suggest to everyone give this place a try. I dont think you can go wrong with anything you order off the menu. Its all good.

My last 2 experiences have been bad here, first time the girl at register was obviously in high school and couldnt pay attention to her job, got my order wrong and if u know me I hate making people feel dumb or bad for messing up, I was very polite but she just had no people skills and was border line rude because she messed up but no big deal, overlooked that experience, now on a saturday night at 730 I called in a pick up order for beef brisket plate and they have no beef or sausage.....really? What a joke this place has turned into. This has turned into a chain restaurant and is not the place it used to be

AMAZING. Im not a BBQ fan but this place serves the BEST BBQ chicken that I have ever tasted!! My fiancé and I stopped at this location during our drive to Houston, TX. I saw the good reviews and decided to check it out. Well the chicken was so good that I HAD to take a whole chicken home. I would pay for that recipe. Remember to check in to Yelp so you can get a free brownie. My fiancé really liked the beans and peach sweet tea he got as well. We need a location here in Houston!!! If youre near this restaurant you MUST stop and try their food- you will have a food orgasm!

As someone who appreciated BBQ - this place disappoints me. Ive been 3 or 4 times hoping it was a bad day the last time I visited yet they dont improve. Highlights from the kitchen: backed beans and potato salad. Observations: dry and tough rib meat, flavorless pulled pork (also dry), dry rolls (taste like a stale version of what comes from walmart), and lackluster drinks. In order to eat the food one must drown it in sauce (of which they have a variety) - just disappointing. Not planning to go back

I arrived around 7pm Tuesday, unfortunately they just sold out of ribs, I ended up having beef brisket, pulled pork, potato salad, and baked beans for around 10$. The brisket was very good (had a hint of salty flavor), the pulled pork was ok (not very Smokey), the potato salad ranks up there with the best, beans were pretty good, atmosphere was right in line with the food (bluesy). It was a very good meal at a decent price, would love to go back and taste the ribs if Im ever back in the area.

Second time going to Whole Hog! First time at this location! My husband and I wasnt disappointed!! The restaurant was spotless!! The staff and food were AMAZING!! This is our new go to restaurant when were in town!! We ordered the "Combination Dinner W/ three sides" and shared it! It was awesome! Were from South Carolina and we love our Carolina barbecue but this is the BEST barbecue!

The best BBQ thus far in the area. My origin is East Tennessee so I love searching out good BBQ. The potato salad is ridiculously good. I always stick with the pork. I could eat it as a meal. Great family atmosphere and fast service as well. Rustic feel with more of s down home kind of style. Wish I could express my opinion on other sides but I always get double potato salad. Lol!

The Whole Hog never disappoints! Superbly prepared meats and sides and several proprietary sauces to choose from! Im a #5 kind of girl! Service is always prompt and friendly. They have always served our large family with the best of care. The side dishes are also excellent. Specifically, the potato salad they make is the best, only 2nd to my grandmas!

We are from Kansas City and we know what good BBQ is. After searching for the best BBQ around Little Rock , we found Hole Hog...their ribs are the closest thing to Kansas City BBQ we could find and they are awesome!! We go there every time we are craving wet ribs. #3 sauce is perfect if you like dome spice. We recommend Hole Hog to everyone!

Horrible got in line my first time there and they skipped us and they asked the people behind us if they needed service, didnt bother asking us if we have been helped. So we juss asked them if they didnt notice that we were in line first then we turned around and walked out and didnt eat there, because customer service was bad.

Holy cow! This place was an amazing surprise, the food was phenomenal and the service was top notch. We were traveling from Austin, Tx to NE Arkansas and stopped here for lunch and it was super clean and the portions were quite generous. Will totally stop in again if we get a chance!

I got a to-go order of their self-proclaimed specialty of bbq nachos and got a layer of chips with huge slices of brisket on top and a container of processed nacho cheese. The chips had more flavor than the meat. Only redeeming taste was the bbq sauce. Would not recommend.

Even being from the north, I love BBQ. The first time I walked in to this place, I almost needed a mop to wipe up the drool! The food tastes as good as it smells! Prices are not bad at all considering the portions and taste! I am getting hungry now thinking about it!

First off, I think that whole hog has some of the best barbecue in this town. Second off this particular location is my favorite of all of their locations. They are always very friendly, the ambiance is very cozy its just a great place to be.

Average at best. Pulled pork was very good. Brisket was very bland and sliced as thin as deli meat. Cole slaw had no flavor to it. Potato salad was good, but was sour cream based...would prefer normal mustard based southern potato salad.

Do not go. Chicken tasted boiled, brisket was just average, sauce sucks, and this is what we got for $75.... two pounds of meat, coleslaw, potato salad, beans, rolls and 5 drinks waste of a lunch. Would not recommended.

This place is awesome! Ive eaten here numerous times. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because they were out of ribs. But had they had ribs, they would have been awesome too! Definitely recommend this place!

Sandwiches are large, and stuffed full of pulled pork! Selection of sauce heats. Even decadent desserts! Ribs are smoky and tender, melt off the bone good! Staff is always courteous and friendly.
