I had heard people say good things about Smashburger but I was not impressed. There was one person who was both taking orders and delivering orders. I stood there for quite a while before I was even spoken to. I waited for about 15 minutes before my order was ready. The burger had little taste. The burger was not constructed well. The lettuce, bacon, onions, etc. were all falling out one side of the bun, The Smash fries were extremely greasy and although they tasted good, were very messy. As I sat there eating I witnessed each patron having one issue or another with the counter person. Eventually, another person who had been standing around, decided to help. I dont think Ill eat there again.

Jaquanna and her cashier mate were welcoming, efficient, personable and created a pleasant atmosphere to a steady stream of clients. The kitchen staff worked efficiently with smiles on their faces and the burger was delicious! 9 month later... excellent service again from the cashier to the lady sweeping the floors and a great burger!

Worst fries ever. Manager came in to the area told employees. "Your gonna love this yall gotta stay to midnight." Then the cussing started. Then he just left the area like nothing was wrong. Ive had cold fries before but these fries tasted like they came from a DFAC to a field site three hours before serving them.

Waited in front of the counter to be waited on for 10 mins, ordered my food which came out in a timely manner. BUT everything was cold. The hamburger meat tasted like it had a whole tablespoon of salt on it. The fries were cold, the smash fries were soggy and cold. My first visit to smash burger and my last.

The manager is lazy. Saw him duck in the back and left the counter guy to deal with a huge rush of customers. Got the wrong order. Was told it took so long because it started out frozen. I thought everything was "fresh". The counter guy was great. Never saw the manager do anything to help.

Service was terrible, dude handing out food was constantly checking his phone was wasnt calling order numbers, just whatever he thought was in the bag. Food was hot and tasted pretty good. Just make sure you have time to wait.

Best burger Ive ever had in an airport. Service was good too - there was a line waiting for pickup when we got there but it still took only 5 minutes to get our food.

Its 7pm and theres only one person working at the front. Because of this, she told me that I could not order a shake. Pretty hostile atmosphere, very disappointed.
