New to the area and have noticed Burger Kings in the area are really dirty (except new one on Dixie Hwy). I can only assume bad ownership/leadership. Went to this location tonight because they have a play place for the grand kids. It did not disappoint it was dirty as ever and the other two times I have been there in the last year and a half. Order had 3 fries, they were old and reheated, had to ask for a new batch. Kids chicken nuggets were the same very dark had been setting around, reheated and still cold. Finally how can you mess up a soft drink, ice dispenser was broke, no sign on the machine, I saw seven people come in and try to get ice. Took my cups to the counter and the manager says oh the dispenser is broken do you want ice? Yes I want ice why not tell folks and ask them before giving the cups to them. Only good thing was the young lady at the counter was nice.

I walked in to order. I ordered two sandwiches with cheese and did not get it. The sandwich wrappers have a place to mark this which was not marked so they got that much right. The store manager bagged my order and clearly did not confirm my additions. Since the wrappers werent marked either she doesnt require the employees to follow proper procedure or did not follow it herself. Business was slow and there was a lot of conversation back and forth between the manager and employees about the status of my order none about the accuracy. I suppose this is why Burger King has had to resort to gimmicky food instead of their traditional promise of having it your way which would require some attention to detail.

Horrible! They always get our order wrong and when asked to correct it, they get an attitude and act like its our fault even though we show the receipt to prove it was their screw up! If you arrive after 9 p.m be prepared for major attitude (even though they still have a couple of hours before closing) because for some reason they have already started to clean up for the night and act like you are burdening them! The manager and staff talk bad about other customers loud enough where you can clearly hear it if youre in the dining area! Completely unprofessional and in serious need of a staff overhaul! My family will now be making the extra 10 minute drive to the next Burger King location!

We arrived at 8:45pm and according to the sign and the person who answered the phone the dining room did not close until 11pm. When we walked in we were greeted with "oh man" and an employee with a panicked look asked if she should clock back in. The play land was blocked off(we had kids who wanted to play), floor mats were up on the tables, catsup dispensers were emptied. Our orders were wrong, another family with us had their order dropped - meaning somehow it was dropped off the screen. The drive thru staff were complaining about the drive thru customers, I could go on. Not sure whats happening to BK but this is becoming common at all locations in NKY. Our group of 11 will not return.

Not only do they never get orders right, but they dont take the time to correct them once you bring it to their attention. I went here to buy food to bring back to work for some co-workers and I. We discovered that many of our burgers were raw! Some of us could have seriously gotten sick! I went back to this Burger King and demanded a refund. The manager seemed grouchy and was reluctant to refund the money (took him over 10 minutes to do so), even when presented with the raw burgers. If I were him, I would have issued a full refund as well as remade the orders for free.

Girl taking orders didnt like it because I ask her for another cup because the top of the one she just handed me was smashed and I knew the lid would not go on, so she slammed another one down on the counter : ( oh well. The manager got my food and only half filled the French frie container so I ask her to fill it up please and she did no attitude..... but I would expect the manager to do it right the first time......maybe I expect too much. Food was good though despite all the drama.

I went there this morning and ordered a large Oreo shake with whipped cream and the ultimate breakfast platter. What I got was a shake without whipped cream, a biscuit and pancakes. I didnt get eggs, sausage, or hash browns. The receipt they gave me is too faded to be able to do the online survey. Ill be calling and speaking to a manager because this is unacceptable.

I worked here for about a month and when the meat would become expired they told us to press the buttons they use the expired food first and in the time I was working the manager had pneumonia and was making food coughing everywhere they yell when you change your gloves if you ever eat here an get sick this is why because you are eating expired food

Terrible terrible!!!All of our food was cold the worst meal I have ever had at a Burger King.Did not even finish are food.Lady was collecting trash pushing a trashcan around then got on the line to help them cook did not see her wash her hands at all .One of the nastiest Burger Kings I have ever been to will not be back !!!!

Poor employees dont know how to do there job out of the whole time Ive come up their they lost costumer due to food being messed up and having to refun hafe the money employee yelling at manger mens bathroom not clean hafe the time I would not recommend this restaurant to any of my friends or family

Honestly dont know why people are complaining. I am a regular and hands down they have changed a lot. Granted they can be slow, but I have never had an issue yet. I have been a regular for 3 years. Furthermore I give props to COURTNEY! GREAT JOB! KEEP UP GOOD WORK, AND SELL SELL SELL!

Horrible management but at least some of the employees are competent was told ALL sandwiches come with a quarter strip of bacon by the manager Nichole and I was a manager at bk for a while know ingredients full well how much comes on each sandwich always have trouble at night here

Went in the morning. The food was good, didnt mess anything up. The worker Maria was nice, nicer than the employees I normally deal with at fast food restaurants. Would have been 5 stars but we had a little wait for the food but no big deal.

Drive thru order was wrong, ordered no lett. No onion, no tom. Got it and there was no meat!! And they put onion on it?! WTF?! The place wasnt busy at all! And when I called to talk to a manager they told me to call back in an hour!

Service was friendly and helpful; however, burgers and nuggets were cold, fries were too salty, ketchup from dispenser was lumpy, and drink machine was messy. Playland didnt smell bad this time and the kids had fun!

I have never had a problem with the orders being wrong but employees rarely seem like they like their job always have an attiude and complainig about customers i would steer clear of this place if possible
