Cookout on Austell have some of the rudest workers the management sick they have no care or concerns for their staff food service sucks the whole leadership team needs to be terminated I have never seen where supervisor treat certain employees with such unfairness I would not recommend any body to work at this terrible place the GM Erica does not shows any concerns about whats going on in her store her attitude sucks. Be mindful of what your getting into working there or eating there . once thought itv was a nice place to eat at and customer serivce was good when it first open but asbtime has went on the service has went bad Worst cookout restaurant in Georgia Ive eaten at.

Im not interested in eating at the Austell location anymore. I was extremely excited when I noticed they were building a cookout close to us because we had been driving out to the Atlanta location so long, but we will continue to drive before we go back to this one. The food taste ten times better in Atlanta, hands down. The one in Austell has terrible food and tragic customer service. Our standards were set by the Cookout by 10th street, I guess the bar they set was a little to high for some locations. We was unsatisfied the first and second time we went to the Austell Cookout and this third time was the last time, good luck getting it together.

The value of every cookout is amazing, but the service I recieved here was absolutely appauling. After the person at the register forgot to refill the receipt printer with paper, I made a friendly comment about how I have experienced this myself, and was rudely cutoff and ignored as she called for the next customer mid-sentence. She did not say sorry for the receipt issue, or even tell me my number so I could recieved my food, so I had to ask each time what each random number included from the other employees. As a local guide, I have only given 1 other 1 star review. This will be my second. Eat somewhere else.

Came to this location 1-15-17 around 1 30 in after noon didnt get my order till about 2:15 lady at counter had a issue like she didnt want to be there orders for people just sat there for 5 plus minutes ready and she didnt hand them out just kept takeing new orders no type of system here what so ever. When we finally did get our food the Frys where over cooked hard and chicken tenders where crunchy and over cooked dry and taste like from old oil. I have been to a lot of cook outs and love the food and prices and never had any issues with cook out until this location.

Forgot the sides for my wifes order and acted a little like I was trying to scam them at first. Produced my receipt and they were incredibly appologetic. A cook or expediter even came up front to appologize. After that the food was fantastic. Onion rings were full of onion and not just batter. The burger tasted home made and had much better presentation than a typical fast food joint. Prices were reasonable and portion sizes were acceptable. Staff was friendly overall. Ill be back again Im sure!

Arrived to the restaurant 930 pm... placed and completed order by 936pm did not receive food until 10:01 pm... Ask several times about my order which consisted of two 5 piece chicken nuggets a Coke and an Oreo shake. The staff seemed uninterested in getting my order they simply continued to take others orders and expedite them no matter how large they were all before receiving my... what I thought was a simple order. NOT WORTH A REVISIT AT LEAST NOT TO THIS LOCATION

They use to be so good but like every other restaurant they get ahead of themselves aaaand the food gets worst. Fries always cold, bacon ALWAYS undercooked even when i ask for it to be well done, and finally the spicy chicken sandwhich I just recently tried to eat was the toughest part pf the chicken breast. I literally pulled the meat from in between the skin with no problem...YALL GOTTA DO BETTER MAN

I stopped in here specifically to feed a bunch of kids on a budget. Ive visited the Moreland Ave location and was satisfied. The Cookout has been my go to place for Hotdogs because Varsity is too expensive now. The kids loved the nuggets, we all enjoy fries which they give a plenty. Food is fresh, staff courteous and helpful. Facility was clean and has plenty of seating and parking.

This is the only cookout I have been to that has horrible customer service… My burger was not cooked all the way… I went last night and this was the second time that I have been charged for adding extra things to my burger and it was not put on there and they also gave me the wrong milkshake… I will be driving to the cookout on Northside Drive from now on

I went inside during my lunch hour because it was my first time trying this place. I did the $4.99 deal. Pick and entree, two sides and drink/float. I enjoyed my burger because it tasted homemade. The fries were a lil burnt. I had the coke float but will definitely try the cheerwine float next time. Overall I enjoyed my meal and will go back again.

I cant really say the food here is amazing. Its quite cheap (which isnt necessarily a bad thing) and the food doesnt taste unforgettable. I usually only order corn dogs, nowadays because its taste reminds me of my childhood. For a late night and nothing better to eat, this is the go-to spot.

The food I purchased tonight was TERRIBLE!!!! My onion rings were undercooked, nuggets and burger was burnt. This cookout has lost my business. I wasted my time and my money. I never write reviews but I am just very disappointed in the food quality that I received tonight!

Got the combo plate for $5. They have nice options but I picked the BBQ sandwich slaw and chicken nuggets. They put slaw on the sandwich in addition to the side of slaw. The nuggets werent much better than Mcdonalds but all in all it was good!

Love the food here! Its cheap, but you dont have to sacrifice the taste. The burgers are perfectly cooked and very tasty! If you dont have a banana pudding milkshake while youre here, you are missing out!! Staff is also very friendly.

I accompanied a friend to this establishment one night around 1am. My strawberry milkshake was perfect and the French fries I sampled were quite yummy; however, the indoor temperature was so frigid we had to eat outside.

This isnt the best Cook Out around. Better to use the drive through than go inside. The outside line moves much faster than the inside line. Besides that, the food is standard Cook Out fare.
