Ok. So here is why I found a reason to write a review. I was truly excited to try this place out because I am new to the area, and they have a "vegan" veggie burger. Walking in, it was very clean. (Five stars for that). The staff all appeared fairly young, and SOME were polite. Walking up the register, the girls were chatting away and gave me a look as if to say "what was I doing there", when I attempted to place my order. Overall, neither of them was very friendly and they seemed uninterested to be there. (You can always fake it ladies). I was told to sit at the bar to wait for my order, which took over a couple of minutes. I understand it is made “fresh-to-order”, but the quality of the food did match the quantity of time it took to bring it out. My burger looked as if it were thrown together. Ingredients were scarce; all of the lettuce laid in the bottom of the plastic container, and I received one strip of a roasted pepper. It was also not very flavorful and only slightly warm. The fries were cold. Once again, I was seated at the bar for quite a minute and truly expected hot food. What also confused me was the amount of individuals in the kitchen. There was a good number of employees back there and it still took an extended amount of time for the food to come out. In the front, there were employees on their cell phones and some were just standing there in small groups socializing. I have worked behind the scenes of food services, and most of the activities these employees were doing would not be condoned. Overall, the man who I believed to be the manager, really needs to be somewhat stricter with his employees. The place may have looked spotless, but the service and food were poor.

If you usually get your burgers from McDonalds than you might find this place good, for anyone else that has had a good burger before, this place isnt worth it. At a first glance, the name and decor are trendy, but when you walk in the door instead of being greeted with the smell of sizzling beef, you get a nose full of dirty rag and moldy water which is kind of a euphemism for the entire experience. The menu is nice, has great options, but what exactly is "reinvented"? Its the same burgers you would get anywhere else, unless they consider a la cart reinvented. Since its a sort of sit down I would think I would have been offered water or something to drink, but no such luck...anyhow moving on. The food was mediocre at best. My a la cart fries came unsalted (there was no salt or pepper on the table) which was fine until I bit into one and would have preferred to eat my shoe. My burger was okay, but having been in the restaurant industry I knew right off the bat that it was previously frozen...again, that is okay, but dont charge $8 for a burger that you can get for $4 at a fast food restaurant. The condiments and bun were acceptable so it gets the 2 stars. Overall, not disgusting but Ill never go back. This restaurant has the curb appeal of being something new, fresh, and delicious and ends up just like every other disappointing burger joint that will be gone in a year.

Im going to be generous (an thorough) with this review, since I understand this was the first opening weekend (Saturday, Feb 11). Hopefully others will be honest in hopes that this location can improve, since we are all really excited to have them in Kennesaw! We were really disappointed, party of 5. Firstly, it was standing room only; there was no seating. People with food orders were standing around waiting for seating. Dont sell if you dont have space, above capacity. Secondly, the floors were so greasy it was like a skating rink throughout the entire dining area. This is not only dangerous, but gross. Thirdly, we ordered our burgers well done, they came rare. Yuck. And lastly, the buns were absolutely soaked and dripping with grease. I would say food could definitely be better for the price. Sweet potato fries were pretty good. Staff was nice and friendly and tried to be accommodating, it was clear they were stressed about the situation as well. Overall a big disappointment, but hopefully you guys can iron out the kinks. Ill give it a couple months and maybe try again.

First time and yes I understand its a new restaurant but you guys have been open for 2 weeks, enough time to get it together and work out all the kinks. We stood in line for about 10 minutes. Husband was on lunch break so we were on a time crunch. After we paid we looked around for clean tables, there were non. Employees not good at bussing. Finally table became available and we sat and waited about 15 minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting for the food we went back and asked for a refund. Girl looked like we asked her to take her clothes off and do a dance. She said the GM was on the phone the other manager would be out in a minute. While waiting our food came out. By this time we had to ask for it to go since my husband had to be back at work. I had chicken burger. Not impressed. I was expecting and actual piece of chicken breast but no this was a round piece of chicken lightly breaded. Too much salt on the fries. Way too much. Overall we wont be back. Smash burger is better than place!!!!

Overpriced is my overall impression. Im so sad, because I really wanted to love this place. We ordered a kids meal for my daughter that came with a "fruit cup". It was literally 6 grapes. So we paid $5.50 for 2 chicken strips, 6 grapes and a glass of milk. Really?! Then, the fries. We got an order of half and half to share (half regular, half sweet potato). Except they gave us so few sweet potato fries they barely took up 1/3 of the basket (which is small anyway). The fries themselves were tiny and way too salty. So $6.50 for a small portion of McDonalds quality tiny fries. Finally, my burger was undercooked in places, which was kind of a big deal since Im pregnant. So I had to give some of my burger to my husband. The burgers tasted good, but were extremely greasy. I literally had 7 napkins piled up in my basket when I was finished. I feel like we could have gone to Steak n Shake and gotten the same quality food for 1/3 of the price. Just overall incredibly disappointing.

Not impressed, stood in line for 10 min, only to find there are no tables, to include 3 or 4 tables that still had previous diners trash on them, waited 20 min for food to appear, but didnt, had to leave and when asked for a refund, was told other manager(GM? was on phone call the entire time I was in the store) would be out in "30 seconds". Said manager never came, however the food did, which miraculously appeared after my request for a refund. Rather than waste more time, decided to take the food and go. As for the food, I had the chicken parmesan burger, and felt a little let down that I didnt wait for the manager to ask for a refund. Sweet potato fries were decent, but a horrendous cut for a fry and too small of a portion. My wife had the Mediterranean chicken, her response to it was "eh...". Over all, probably wont go back...
