If I could give you this restaurant no stars I would. I WAS a loyal customer to this Burger King for six years . I am a vegetarian and I usually order their veggie burger. I order the veggie burger combo an hour before they closed. I had my brother ordered my veggie burger the manager was very rude to my brother she told my brother that "you may not get ice in his food, because he shouldnt have came so late". She gave me a cold and over cooked veggie burger with steal /old fries. I was charged for a slice and cheese but didnt not get my slice of cheese. The supervisor of the restaurant and yes I typed it correctly "the supervisor " of the restaurant also did not give my brother a receipt. (Because I come here so much I know the extact amount of my food) She was extremly unpretessional . She made rude comments in the drive throguh that she thought my brother couldnt hear , but he did. I called and ask for my money back ,and told that I video and picture proof of my food ( if can even call it that) she accuse me of lying and continued to talk about with other employees while I was on the phone. She made the careless mistake again of thinking I couldnt hear her ( or maybe she just doesnt care). She told tell me that she would call me back in three business days for my refund if $6.13. She (the only night work out two people there) did not . When I called back she told me to call back in the next day to speak to the Manager . When I called back they hangged up in my face serval times. I know this because I hear them answering the phone while talking and hangging up on me. I then called corporate they told me they would have them call me back in three business days and that was two weeks ago. BEWARE OF THIS BURGER KING! It is extremely unprofessional and they give the Burger King name a bad rip. All I wanted was my $6.13 back and an apology . Ive been going to this same and only Burger King for 6 years . I think deserve that much.

Update April 3, 2017: Decided to give this place a try again after several months; place has been cleaned up and service has gotten better. Upgraded from 1 to 3 stars, will update further as needed. Previous review: This place used to be a clean and efficient fast food place but over the past several visits they have gone downhill. The service is extremely slow, we came in today about 6:30pm and they werent busy but they were still slow. The food tasted ok but they had no ketchup out by the drink area, napkins were impossible to get out of the dispenser, and both trash cans were overflowing and trays and trash was piled high. Probably wont return here, too bad because it used to be decent. I shouldve taken pics of the place but I just wanted to get out.

I went through the drive through at a little after 9 PM and tried to order my meal, but everything I tried to order had been discontinued. Then when I actually placed an order that they miraculously were still selling, I pulled up to the window and they asked me to park so they could cook one of my burgers. I waited in my car for 15 minutes with a baby before I went in where they hadnt even bagged my order yet. When I got home with my food, all of the buns were burnt black and hard and I was missing things from my order. I tried calling immediately but no one answered and I kept trying but apparently nobody knows how to answer a phone. I have been continuing to call this morning and still havent been able to get somebody to answer.

Terrible service. They never get the order right. I asked for a burger with only ketchup. There was no one else there. When i got to the window i asked the person at the window if it was only ketchup because it wasnt on the receipt and they asked the manager who looked me in the eye and said yes it was only ketchup. Thank goodness i checked before i left but then i got attitude for asking for them to make a new one. This is just one of several instances. I tried to give them chances but no more. There are never any people here even when everywhere else is slammed and there is a good reason for that. Dont waste your time or money.

Wow this place sucks and there breakfast is a joke. Just paid for some oatmeal and when my coworker came back with my food I was surprised. It was a small cup and they filled it 1/3 the way up with the cheapest oatmeal they could get. I spent 3 bucks on this?! Would have had more to eat if I just at the three dollars...might even taste better too. Never had there breakfast before and will not be doing it again.

I dont know if they got new mangment or what but they no longer carry sweet and sour sauce. Manger says he will "never order it again" he spoke bad English witch is cool but since the sauce we wanted was no longer available we didnt know what would be better for our onion rings and there is a sauce limit before your charged. Good bye whopper ill be finding somewhere else to eat

I gave one star ,because me and my daughter wanted lemonade and they didnt have any so I asked them and they said that they didnt have any at the moment so I ask if I could return the cup ,and they said that It would cost more so I just kept it,and it didnt happen this time I came 2 times and they didnt have any, so that is why I gave burger king one star.

wasnt even busy but taking orders to cars. ordered with cheese no tomato, no pickle....got no cheese with tomato and pickle. Called spoke to someone and all they say is sorry. I told them they need to pay attention to orders cause some may be allergic and it bad they couldnt make a simple order when they aint busy. never again

The new #4 Whopper with bacon sucks. I could not taste the bacon. It was not crispy. The Whopper was bland! The fries which I like were not crispy either they were so so. At least I could drink strawberry lemonade! Forgot to mention the hamburger was flat. At least something new! The Onions were as white as Michael Jackson!

Was jus in there and got yelled at by the manager at 9:15 when there door said closes at 10 pm. She was very rude to e and then yelled at one of the employees to watch the door so No one else could come in. If the lobby was closing at 9 it should have said so on the door. I should not find out by being yelled at.

Long and everything was wrong. The wait was long and my food was cold. The drive thru got our order wrong so we went inside. The crew then got our order. Wrong again. Never again. This is the worst customer service everyone needs more training. Mnmt included.

Ordered whopper jr with NO pickle and extra onion. Got heavy pickle and no onion. This is not the first time these idiots have gotten things backwards. Perhaps there should be an intelligence test to work fast food.
