I love white castles people who never work at a restaurant dose not understand on busy days its hard to keep up with orders when your odering food. If you want fresh food then you need to be patients. They ate trying to make sure you get good quality food. And complaining about the service is not going to make them go any faster. So please be kind respect what they are doing. Its not easy as you all think. I rather have food cooked then undercooked . and also people makes mistakes on orders you forget every body is trying to get your oder right. Just be calm and most of all be respectful. Cause it could be you cooking or handling the orders. And its always a good idea to say thank for doing your job to the workers and say have a nice morning or afternoon and evening and goodnight. Youll be suprise how your respect and confidence you show them. Will show you how good they perfom. If you are rude to them then they Will take their time.so please be polite.

This is a review of the facility not the food as the food itself was up to par for white castle. The service was kind of slow. The order was correct and we had a few special orders. They were not very busy when we arrived. In fact, we were the only ones there. There was a couple of cars in the drive thru. It took about 7-10 minutes to get our food. I went back later to get a bag to take home the extras and it took a few minutes for someone to come to the counter and help me. All in all not terrible but definitely not great.

The only thing I get from your restaurants is breakfast, the #14 with sausage to be exact and Ive never had an issue until today. When I placed my order the lady said did I want hash browns, wasnt aware I had options, then she asked did I want cheese I said no. When I got home I had one sandwich with sausage cheese and no egg, the other sandwich was bacon cheese and no egg. If it wasnt for the fact Id been up all night working I wouldve drove back. Im very disappointed.....

My family was passing through town on the way home and stopped at this restaurant. It was our second time at a White Castle. Both experienced were bad but this was the worst. The people were unprofessional. They left three items out of our bag, which we discovered after we were back on the road. Also, the kitchen had trash all over the floor. This will be the last time we visit a White Castle.

This has to be one of the dirtiest white castles Ive been to in a long time you have almost no help I stood at the register for five minutes with people just looking at me not taking my order got to the dining room had paper and crap all over the floor salt on the tables napkins used napkins on three tables Im afraid I wont be coming back here

The worst white castle ever. Ask for a little courtesy and these young people dont want to do there job . In all what a lack of respect just ask employee to tell a few people that were waiting on me at restaurant that i was running late and the girl hung up phone. What a waste . Sorry but some times u have to go above and beyond.

It very old ran down and discausting bathrooms im suprized flys dont fly arround and the bergers are way over steamed and tast like biting into mush bad place 5 thumbs down from me take my word on the bathrooms they should be reported to the health department

The manager today wore the same gloves to make food after she scratched her head than touched the register and than went to the office for something and finally went back to making food without changing her gloves. Than messed up my order.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru with out even placing and order. Sat in front of the speaker and no one ever took my order. Worst drive thru ever. If the option had no stars, that would be my rating.

My favorite White Castle. I dont know if its because of the proximity to my house, the friendly staff, or the delicious sliders, but I always have a wonderful experience at this particular location.
