I have been coming here about once every other month for the last year and have never had any issues. I came in today and ordered a Buckeye burger, a BBQ Bacon and Cheddar burger with jalapenos and 2 regular drinks. The BBQ burger came out with cold fries that were drenched (literally dripping) with oil and the burger was torched and room temperature. The burger was also missing the jalapenos I ordered on it. My fiancee watched me eat my entire meal before her burger came out even though we ordered at the same time. Over 10 minutes later the second burger (Buckeye burger) comes out with cold, wet, oil saturated fries and another torched, cold burger. Ive worked in food service as a cook and manager for 8+ years and I understand that things happen, but when there are only 15 customers in store and 4 or more employees working, there is no excuse to serve burnt and cold food. After having managed restaurants so long I very, very rarely ever complain. My experience was just that bad. I love a good burger and fries and its really unfortunate I couldnt get that today. Smash Burger, you have lost my business.

Had been here several times in the past without any issues and found the food very good. Placed an order to go and when we got home the food was horrible. The amount of grease was unacceptable even by fast food standards. The bun was so soggy it fell apart and was stuck to the wrapper. The burger was extremely mushy as well. It had more grease than a burger from five guys. The hamburgers were also red in the middle. Very poor experience for a Friday night.

I usually am not fond of new restaurants as i usually end up disappointed but still try once or twice a month to eat at new places. Until this place i havent been able to find a place that really hits the spot in years. Its not cheap like McDonalds or something but is still very affordable. And for the taste it was amazing. I will definitely be going back.

Once upon a time a few years ago Mr Five Guys and Ms Steak & Shake got together, had a few drinks and gave birth to Smashburger. The fries and burgers remind me of Steak and Shake but the speed of service and ability to create your own remind me Five Guys or Mad Mikes. We really enjoy them but will not drive out of our way to visit them.

I placed a to go order. After I got back to my hotel room my smash fries were not even filled, burger was dry/borderline burnt, I asked for my ranch on the side with my avocado club and didnt receive it. The guy expediting the window and taking orders at the register was intoxicated.

Highly disappointed, had a gift card on me and when I went to use it there machines were down, sad it wouldve been my first time at that place but now its my last... will not be returning. Wasted my gas and my lunch break all do to there machine bein broke...

Dont like it at all. Fries are small and terrible, onion straws are disgusting. Burger is kind of ok sometimes depending on who makes it. Way not worth the $7 for it tho. Save your money, go somewhere else. I gave them a try twice.

I love their Buckeye Burger and fried pickles. Their burgers are delicious and fairly priced. Im sick of paying $9.99 for a "gourmet burger" elsewhere, when Smashburger is much tastier and cheaper!

Food is good. One of the few places you can get onion straws. This place can get busy, so going on an off time is best. Service is fast, and the restaurant is clean.
