Worst experience ever. The Facebook link advertised a $5 discount on an order over $25. This should been our first red flag when the discount wasnt applied. We called and the manager promised to take $5 off our order when we arrived. On inspection of my order, they had made our sandwiches wrong, charging us for items we ordered and didnt receive. And they shorted us for one drink because they didnt stock the item, however it was an option on their online menu and we had paid for it. Arriving in their restaurant, we were greeted indifferently and the place had an bad smell of burning grease. The manager who was decent about the $5 refund, was terribly rude when questioned about our order and the missing items we ordered and the poor quality of our order. We asked for a refund and was told he couldnt get one. For the price go to Steak-n-Shake or if you really want a quality burger for about the same price they charged us here, go to Red Robin! The quality and the service, horribly missing at Wayback, youll find at Steak-n-Shake or Red Robin.

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt the need to share. Ive been here a few times. A great burger and I recommend the chips over the fries. I was here today with my daughter for the lunch special that advertises a wayback burger (the double), fries and a drink. However, inside they tell me its only the single burger. Even after pointing to the sign, the sea was not honored for the double. Again, a great place but this was disappointing. I didnt fee like making a scene because its not my style They need to pay more attention to the deals that are on the front of the door.

Went to this place 5 or 6 times within a month of when it was opened and almost every time the order was messed up. The owner wasnt there or I would have talked to him. Each time the order was 50/60$ ish but I stopped going after the last time they messed up and one of the workers said I already ate (even though it was a pick up). I opened up all of the order and showed it to him that he didnt make what I ordered. I thought that was ridiculous and stopped going after that. Hopefully this place gets better.

Just had the worst dining experience of my life. Waited 15 mins for a childs milkshake, 30 mins for food that I never received. Ask for a refund and they crumbled up my receipt and threw it away. Everyone was fighting and arguing. The manager came out only when I requested a refund. The first gentleman, Mike threw a fit and refused to refund me and got the manager. It was absolutely rediculios. Im a fast casual operator, Ive never seen anything like it. Unbelievable, really.

When you pay for the food this much, you expect a good quality food. Tasteless burgers, awful fries with a taste of burned paper,and we ordered a chocolate milkshake for our daughter, and she loves everything that has chocolate in it. And she didnt like it, how bad it had to be??? As far as service, I cant say it was bad, just felt like they needed a nap or something. If you want to pay 30$ for "Mcdonaldish" quality food, then that is the place.

The burgers are the best part of this place. Ok well mostly as my wifes burgers toppings were ice cold. The chocolate milkshake tasted like mint mouthwash. Small fries were as big as large fries, and the onion rings felt recooked.

A female employee was yelling almost the entire time while I waited almost 20 min for a burger and fires come on thats unprofessional. I dont think they will be in business very long if they keep doing that I wont be coming back.

Disappointing 1st visit. Too cold. Server took food to wrong table. Cod sandwich overpriced. Hamburger was average. Fries were not hot. Water on floor. No employee follow up on customer satisfaction.

What an awesome experience! Great food and very friendly, helpful staff. It was a tad tough to find, the sign was a bit camouflaged. Highly suggest trying this place out!
