Female employee was very sweet to my disabled mother. My mother cannot hear, and mainly communicates using sign language because she has also sadly lost her ability to speak. The girl was short, dark haired and was teenage by the look of her. While my mother was ordering her meal,the girl could talk to my mother with perfect signing and my mother loved her. The girl and the staff there that night was very sweet and provided fast and wonderful service. I wish i would have taken the girl and staffs name because they deserve praise for there kindness and politeness. I recommend this white castle to anyone has the munchies! :D

I am currently watching as the manager, justin, is prepping food taking orders, handling food and touching everything and cash with the same pair of vinyl gloves on his hand. But in the meantime all the other employees are observing proper food handling protocols. The bag my food was given to me was greasy at the top from the dirty gloves. The unsanitary handling of food in plain view of the public by the manager, Justin gives this location 2 stars.

This popped up on my phone when driving by. Asking me to rate my vist. Well I wasnt there today but the last time I went those greased up sliders was so good I ate 10 with no problem. Would have gave it 5* but I was on the toilet 15 min after eating them letting all them slide through my gut and out my butt. It was pretty serious you could see the onions floating around in the murky brown water. Thanks WC for a pleasant experience!!

When I came thru the drive thru, the exterior of the restaurant was clean. There was no pan handlers bugging for change. Upon placing my order I was giving my total and please pull to the window and thank you. He gave me the total again and asked if I wanted any ketchup or dipping sauce. I said ketchup please. There was 3 bags placedo in a t-shirt bag. VERY POLITE and UNDER STANDING.

Its kind of hit or miss here still - most of the time I get my food quickly, sometimes I have to wait. I think they have corrected some of the staffing issues, I am starting to see the same people working there so that is good. The food is good, and the price is right, service is at times still hit or miss.

Its White Castle, so you shouldnt expect 5 stars. But as White Castles go, this one met every expectation. Service was fast and they got my order right. I am not often in the mood for White Castle, but when I am I typically over estimate how much I want and regret it later. . But that is my fault, not theirs.

They got my order wrong...i asked for 6 plain burgers, no cheese, no pickles and no onions and 4 regular with cheese. She rang up all 10 with cheese. Got that straightened out before i got my food but then i waited 18 mins in the drive thru for 10 burgers and 1 fry! Ridiculous!!!

Every time I come to this White Castle, the food is fresh, no matter what time I go there. You can tell that its fresh, and not just food that has been sitting on the grill and being reheated. Place is always very clean, and people who work there are nice.

The staff was terrible. After arguing with my wife over semantics, the cashier was very condesending. We really wanted some sliders, but left empty handed due to the horrible service. We probably will never try white castle again. Thanks guys!

Not very appealing to the eye when you make your order right by the garbage dumpsters. Attached to the back of a gas station. The clerk was confused on my change and the food was sub par even for White Castle

Went to White Castle in franklin waited 15 minutes for my food, and when they brought it out no; were sorry for you wait or anything then I get home and one of my sandwiches are the wrong one.

Its a crummy little White Castle inside a gas station and while the food is good, the Indian guy next door tries to make you buy something just for walking thru to go to the restaurant.

They consistently mess up orders and NEVER give any of the included sauces even if you ask for them. The soda is consistently flat as well. Other than that its still White Castle food.

Came here once and it smelled like they were cooking with bad onions. Against my better judgement I ordered some sliders anyway and the onions on the sliders had clearly gone bad.

White Castle food is classic and a must have when returning back to Ohio for a visit. Went with a friend home after 15 years away. Food was great and even better than remembered.

Near the highway. Great for a quick stop and go. No real semi parking. Had to park on a road and walk over and leave. Also depending on the exit, you can only turn right.
