Im a picky eater so not a lot of places can serve food that satisfies me, but this place in all honesty has served me the second best burger Ive eaten in my life. Also, as a side note its best to go there on their slower days as the quality of the food drastically changes (For the worse) as well as their service (waited 45 minutes for a cheeseburger that didnt taste any better than something from off the dollar menu from McDonalds) when they have a lot of customers and are under pressure, but I feel this is because of the new management and hopefully changes over time.

Ive been eating at the Jug since the early 1960s. its just as great as it used to be. The burgers and root beer are so much better than you can get anywhere else. Youve got to try this amazing carhop service experience from yesteryear. Its not a copycat operation, its the real deal and cant be beat... The only way we keep places like this around is to eat there. Do yourself a big favor and check it out!

The family ate here a month or so ago. The nostalgia is great here! The food is good for what it is. If you want a cheeseburger and root beer float check it out. If youre looking for a high end sit down meal try again. We had a blast here! The kids enjoyed playing while waiting for the food and the staff was very nice to us. We will be returning this summer.

The Jug is a local favorite in Middletown, Ohio and is a favorite of mine. New owner Tom Temple has kept the traditional menu favorites as well as included some new items. I just moved away from Middletown, Ohio, but before I did I went to The Jug for my last meal. :0)

This place is so good. Im not from here so I just recently tried this place and its delicious. The food is so fresh and tasty. The service is super friendly I love this place. If youre on the fence of a good place for dinner definitely need to stop here. 10/10

Food was brought out in a reasonable time. Double burger tasted like meatloaf with no flavor. Waffle fries tasted like waffle not fries. All in all a big disappointment. From the other reviews I expected more. It was also overpriced.

Love this place. I moved to florida and now nothing compares. Last time i went back there was a server that has been there for as long as i can remember he is EXCELLENT. Ill take a plane ride just to eat here. Lol

Good food and good service. The food is old fashioned, greasy, and tastes great. It is heavy and will "stick with you" for a few hours. Come with an empty stomach, or forego the next meal.
