Not too sure how to really rate Zinburger. The atmosphere is very nice, and with it being in Lenox Mall its trendy. But our experience left A LOT to be desired. Our server was very nice, but just couldnt get our order right. There were 4 of us; 3 ordered the plain and simple burger (each with some additions and subtractions - i.e. no mayo, add bbq sauce, things like that), and I ordered the special. Should be pretty simple. Two of the burgers were right. The 3rd (mine) was wrong at first and we couldnt figure out whose it was, but since it had tomatoes - and none of us ordered tomatoes on our burger - we realized it was none of ours. I finally got mine but the fourth person... took them 3 tries and they still brought the same burger with the wrong condiments. Finally we said forget it and just took off what they didnt want. The manager did come over and make things right by comping our meal, which we did appreciate. However, at the end of the meal, what did we get? A bill with the full charge! Bless the servers heart. We did get that straight and the meal was complimentary, but that was an experience in and of itself... The food, meanwhile, was very average. Ive had better burgers at a fast food joint. However, I did taste a zinfandel that Im LOVING right now so I will be trying to find the bottle. So all together, kudos for making a bad meal experience as right as they possibly could, but I think this is a one and done experience.

I am just writing a quick note to provide feedback. I frequent the Atlanta location as it is across the street from my office. Generally, I am happy with the food quality and atmosphere. Where I do find challenges however is in the consistency of the product. I consider the delivered food and service the product. Generally, I never know what to expect in terms of delivery. I may order a shake. I may or may not get it. I order a burger a particular way, Cheddar vs American, and I may or may not get cheese. I order and ask for mustard. It never arrives. I may or may not get whip cream. Ive had the food runner, running. They ask if i need anything else, but then never deliver or communicate with the primary waiter. So, while I love the food, but the unpredictable service and product is challenging. Will they fix it if mention it, yes. When I ordered food yesterday, the waitress was wonderful. However, she forgot to put the shake in to be made. What I thought was great though was that she completely owned the mishap and made it. So, I had a shake, after I finished lunch. You have great associates, great food, and great business concept. With the positive momentum and tempo you have in the brand, I would encourage you team to tighten up on the details before they become obstacles for delivery of an excellent product.

Went there on a Friday night around 10:00pm for a quick snack. Greeters were very friendly at the door, and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available. Interesting selection of drinks (wines, cocktails, and beers), and make sure to ask what the daily special is for each category (typically $1 off the regular price of that item). We order the El Diablo burger. Nothing too special and lacking in the heat and spiciness that one would expect for a a burger named after the Devil! $11 and no side included though-- will have to try some if we go again. Atmosphere is lively and not a bad place for a post-Lenox shopping meal or date night with your significant other. Might be tough to hear each other on a first date unless you are seated outside or at the bar. Im interested in checking out their happy hour deal: $5 for their simple burger (lettuce, tomato, mayo) and 1/2 price fries from 3:00-6:00 pm Monday-Friday

Faster than cheesecake factory and just as overpricey and service quality. Good for quality meal to burn time, bussiness, or friends; But wouldnt bring family or kids. ... Large wine selection and seemingly knowledgeable staff, but personally am not a soberist so not counting it to my final score. ... Personal experience: Long wait time when busy, i assume often, 15 minutes for check another 10 for card; Waitress messed up order, given fries instead of mac&cheese ordered, both $5 both portioned like a fast food equivalent and quality, same potatoes, oil, macaroni, and instant liquid cow stomach enzyme cheese substitute, and charged for both when bill given. Did not leave tip, they can get it from the over pricing that controls demand. Swearing off malls after this expirence.

The burger and supporting cast of food and sides were delectable. The staff, the service as a whole, was severely lacking. The issues began with waiting to even see our server. This was not a particular busy time but they seemed understaffed, or our server was overwhelmed. It was quicker for me to acquire silverware than wait for our server whom we asked several times. The food when it arrived, it arrived fairly quickly, was delicious. I almost wanted to order a to go order, however, service swayed me to just be happy with the burger and leave it at that. The atmosphere was good, clean tables, etc....the service was 1 star, the food a 3.5-4, the potential for a great dining experience is ever present, unfortunately this visit fell short.

When Lenox Square said they were doing a revamp...I was not expecting it to be this fab! Zinburger, True Food and Sprinkles now welcome shoppers into the malls entrance and it couldnt be a better selection. I visited Zin in its early days while shopping with my daughter one afternoon. Although I wasnt able to find very many creative turkey burger options, I did fall head-over-heels in love with their famous fries! Thats pretty much what I ate the entire time (fries and red wine which was actually paired nicely by my server). My daughter had a kids meal with a salad and lets just say neither one of us took a doggie bag home because we polished it off! Love the decor and the staff.

This was our first trip here. When we got here it wasnt very busy. We were quickly sat by a very nice greeter. We let her know we were on the road for 8 hours and looking forward to eating here. 20 minutes. Not a single server stopped by our table. What appeared to be the manager walked by and we tried to flag him down to no avail. 2 servers looked at our table several times and ignored our attempts to get their attention. Eventually we got up and left. We let the greeter know no one ever came to the table. Their comment was no one? One of the servers who kept walking by was there and never said anything.

The food took forever to arrive and then showed up with the appetizer although we ordered the appetizer long before the rest and asked to have it first. Babys food (a tiny side dish) also arrived with the rest of the food even though she was very restless. The crew was nice but very disarranged! We had to ask for basic things like napkins and silverware, some things that we asked for never arrived, we tried to remind them but they never looked our way until we finished eating and only then asked if everything is ok with the food.. The food itself was not more than ok.
