Usually are pretty good but had a horrible experience with their pick up service. Good was 15 minutes late. After being late with the food we were missing several items. We ordered $15 worth of deserts as well but when we picked it up we were told that they were out of all the deserts we ordered so they put in different ones. When we got home the deserts provided were NOT equal to what we spent. We had to make a second trip back because they forgot our bread bowl only to get back home and discover they had forgot my dauthers entire meal. VERY DISSAPOINTING!! We spent $60 on that order. I would think that after being late with the order they would have at the VERY LEAST made sure the order was 100% correct and that the desserts were equal to what we ordered. Maybe a phone call next time? They have the phone number right there on the order!!! No excuse for this type of service......

I always enjoy going to any Panera. This was like every other Panera with excellent food, fresh breads, and hot coffee. The front counter attendant was truly amazing with the largest smile on her face and pleasant demeanor. Now for the bad. I went to this Panera with the idea of an extended visit of 2 hours while I had my car repaired. This Panera offered free High Speed WI Fi or so they advertised. However, I was not able to use their WI FI for what I wanted-teach my college class-because I require a download speed of over 1MB (megabyte). The internet speed for this location barely 1/2 MB (megabyte). When I went to one of their local competitors their high speed internet achieved nearly 13 MB download speed. If you plan to visit this location with the sole hope of having a cup of coffee and surfing the net--dont get your hopes up.

The entire place is full of overweight girls sitting in booths, although they have finished their food.... they have nothing in front of them but their laptop or cell phone. So paying customers have to sit at the small crappy tables while fat girls roost in the booths and hog the good seats from people who are there to eat.

Good food but this Panera struggles to get orders correct. This is the second time in 6 months my to-go order has been wrong and I do not go to Panera that often. Dining room orders have been accurate but they seem to struggle getting to-go orders correct which is frustrating when you find it wrong after youve driven away.

Foods okay, sometimes messy, Im glad is busy, but BC finally gets a Panera, then offers delievery, but not to downtown BC because its outside of their delievery zone. Theyre missing a huge chunk of businesses that constantly have huge lunch meetings M-F.

I love Panera. They have great breakfast sandwiches, amazing bagels and cream cheese options, and delicious unique lunch options. I love their green iced tea and coffee drinks. Prices might be a tiny bit high but mostly reasonable.

Very pleasant. The food was excellent and I took a chance on a sandwich that contained horseradish. It was flavorful. It shows that Panara knows how deliver flavor in new and different ways. Bam.

Panerai used to be a favorite place. Last time I ordered their chicken salad, there was very little chicken salad, mostly lettuce and bread. Place also could use an update.

Panera is delicious every time. The fountain drinks are especially delicious and almost taste better than the bottle. The turkey bacon bravo is my go-to sandwich.
