Horrible, horrible, horrible. Save your time and money. We went here for dinner on my bachelorette weekend getaway. The only negative thing that happened that weekend was coming here. First we were seated with no silverware. Our drinks were brought to us without straws, so we asked for some. She said it was going to be awhile since she had to go find some. Didnt receive them for 15-20 minutes. She took our order. Brought a few plates out, and she ended up dropping mine all over our table and blamed one of my bridesmaids. She went and had another one made WHICH WASNT EVEN MADE CORRECTLY. So My meal was not very good. My sister didnt receive her order even after everybody else was finished eating. We asked her to check on it again and she said "oh you still want that?". We had her check on it over the span of an hour and a half 3 or 4 times. We ended up getting it in a to-go box on our way out the door. There was only one other table there too! Its not like they were very busy at all. This place is serious a joke. Save your time and money and go ANYWHERE else.

I called and someone from Bangladesh answered the phone and "took" my order. After the painstakingly hard task of telling her what I wanted on my pizza was over I decided I would get down to the real reason I called, the boneless wings! I asked "what size orders do they come in?" And she replied "they only have honey BBQ in the boneless wings." "They have all of the flavors with the ones that have bones." I said that I would pass, then I proceeded to pick up my pizza. When I arrived, I figured just for my piece of mind I would ask what flavors of boneless wings they have, and guess what??? Yup they have the mild buffalo i was looking for, but I was not going to wait another 15 for them to make them! This is why restaurants should not have people who do not physically work in the building taking orders! This is my last trip to the Marshall, MI Pizza Hut!

Constantly understaffed. We try to order online, but not all of their options are available (8 piece boneless saucy wings), so we always end up calling the store. They dont answer the phone at the physical store, so we always get connected to the call center, which offers boneless hot wings in 48 pieces, but not in 8 piece orders. They then connect us to the store, which often wont answer the phone for a 2nd time because theres nobody available to do so. Sometimes the buffet is barren because there arent enough employees to fill it. Cleanliness suffers because of the understaffing as well. The people are always polite and very busy...there just arent enough of them!

A joke. Just called, 30 seconds in the phone line is answered and promptly hung up. Call back. wait 5 minutes on hold, then I realize apparently pizza hut has a call center? I got transferred to someone who barely spoke English to take my order for when pizza hut gets too busy, they can help. 5 minutes after placing my order I arrive to a pizza hut completely devoid of any customers other than myself. This pizza hut answered my call and hung up so they didnt have to be bothered with taking my order even though they were completely dead... These people are well on their way to successful lives....

Went to enjoy the lunch buffet and they didnt have much food on the buffet. They also had wet glue coming up from the carpet, the table was filthy and no service at all. This is the second horrible visit we have had. The first visit they didnt have pan pizza available and after a 50 minute wait for our order we where served raw dough. After letting staff know we where told they could cook our pizza again or we could wait another hour. No refund offered. Neither time has the place been very busy.

Ordered a pizza from here over an hour ago. THEY got the address wrong and never delivered it. They tried to call me and I missed it. I tried to call back multiple times and nobody answered. So we finally get through on a different phone and theyre rude and unhelpful. We talked to the manager (robert) Wont give any compensation so we said we wanted to cancel the order and he hung up. We have given this place so much business. Never again. We called hungry howies (:

Ordered a cookie pizza at 7:46 according to my phone record. Called back at 9:12 because it still hadnt been delivered. Manager said the delivery driver had crashed. Not even 10 minutes later the delivery driver pulls up, disheveled shirt and hair with lipstick on his neck. Car totally fine. Cookie pizza cold and hard. Not only was the service bad, manager lied about it. At least the cookie was alright after I heated it back up in the oven.

We will never go back to the Marshall Pizza Hut again! After giving them multiple times of messing up our orders...tonight was the final straw. Again messed up the order and then witnessed the manager YELL at the one and only waitress because she wasnt "doing what he asked/her job". She was doing her job she was making sure her customers where happy and interacting with them. Not cool!

Ordered dinner for pickup. Upon arrival was notified that my order was never processed. I was told the manager was the only one who could handle the situation but he completely ignored us. I did receive an apology but the "best" they could do was ask me to wait 20 minutes for them to remake it. Will not return

Worst experience at any pizza Hut ever. Told us the lunch buffet was over at 12:30pm after confronting them about it on their website they stated that they are the only ones that do that?????? Didnt get any greeting when we walked in and I will not be returning.

All I got was a "Hi" when I walked in the door. They were busy but there should be some more interaction with the customer. No one even asked if I needed to sit down or if I had a pending order. Update--originally got 3 star now only 1. Worst severice ever

Always a hit or miss in whether or not the Pizza will be good. Most of the time Ive ordered stuffed crust the pizza is just "thrown together." Theres better options in the area.
